Yeah, different depots deploy their new buses differently. AMDEP on the other hand is BBDEP & BNDEP combined; keep their old buses as SP, but when they deploy, they either deploy their latest buses as perm elsewhere within the first few days, or pluck from their existing fleet in rego sequence.

8709M didnt swap. 8586A swapped instead for 8578Z from Sv 36.
And once again, because of their ad contracts (more like 8578Z's ad contract fits better for Sv 36's route).

2671B might have gone back to Sv 85 after about 9 weeks MIA from Sv 85. 892T is now missing from that timing since last week, and weirdly 2671B is back on its initial timing (ie directly replace 892T's timing) before it left Sv 85. Will observe for a few more days before confirming again.
Might have something to do with HG's probable last-min internal decision to extend 2671B's lifespan expiry. Will know soon in a few weeks.

and i've seen 3638S that bunch onwards cameoing regularly lately on various svcs, 3607G & 3615H not so much (maybe even MIA).

3607G did sv 8 for a week almost everyday and now not on it anymore. Instead a VO3x has perm sv 8 now.
3639, 3649 so common on sv 168.

Never see it on 188R at all. It might be replaced by TIB591T or TIB828L, since I mostly see these two buses on 188R on weekends... So, the perm buses should be TIB549S, TIB556X, TIB591T, TIB810L and TIB828L, if I'm not wrong (TIB586J confirm not 188R perm, since it always do 188 even on weekends slot after TIB554B)...

Yes I caught 9408A recently do sv.65 more than sv.10. Btw should be extended got repaint body n wheels
