And your hypothesis is? Which bus do you think it's replacing?

Yeh, I don't even think SMB1328J and SMB1375Y appear on 970... SMB188C should be correct, since it has been mentioned to be on 61 for a long while. SMB188C should be the one out, since SMB140P came in to 77...
Suspect SMB140P swapped with SMB188C on 77... Because SMB188C has been on 61 since SMB140P became 77 perm... However, SMB104U was also on 61 for a few times, so it might also be the bus out...

Initially it did 8 yes, but for some reason it starts doing 81 a lot rather than 8.

It's stuck alot on Sv 81. But I did see it doing Sv 8 and even Sv 23 in the past month too.
It's not replacing a fixed timing as far as i observe. It's replacing different buses each week it's spotted on Sv 81 so far~
And like I said, CGBP is a mess in its Wright deployments lately with regards to Sv 8, 23, 31 & 81.

Believe the swap of buses from 159 to 27 and also 34 has taken effect by now. They are seen almost everyday on 27 and 34. There may be more citaros coming to hgdep since now there are newer regged ones that are undeployed

I saw 9837U on 31 last week on a few weekdays and some time ago on 225.. Any chance it has gone to another service? ![]()

Well I believe HGDEP got to transfer several K230UBs out to BBDEP for 160/170 and getting mass DM3500s in return. And also at the same time HGDEP also cannot simply replace affected K230UBs with DM3500 on WAB services. Hence 159 as a non WAB service got to give up the Citaros and get the DM3500s in return.
Anyway hope to see more new Citaros going into HGDEP. The older MK4s (DM and Strider) are going off soon and that will be a good time for HGDEP to get back the new buses.

IMHO I think they should just bloody scrap the 3500s ASAP lah... Especially those permed 170. From SG to Johor the distance like some hell liddat, mileage also will be very high already. I've taken one 27xx JB reg on 159, engine damn fucking loud, and the bus keep jerking and making weird sounds, not the comfort you would expect in such a great model anymore. After all what's the use?
beside sv 159 fleet change sv 107 and some WAB svcs like 83 85 101 112 119 153 wab SD Perm buses also already taken out to run around other WAB svcs and replace them with them with this DM3500 not sure just going for temporary or what .

I'm glad SBS2788Z (not JB-registered) on 153 has a good Voith whistle and smooth ride... ![]()
