  I dont really think any of those 2 goes out, both 629U and 488J cameo-ed once in a while  so most likely on 167 everyday. So does all the MAN on 167, its hard to spot them on cameo on any given day

  That would be a great decision, but I doubt. Even almost full fleet DD fleets cannot be called full fleet because of 1 SD deployment like 23, 37, 161, 182.
