  I didnt say those buses nv did 31A. I said those bus are still brbp. Now tmi bc shortage so pull some tpi bc OS help fetch ITE. OS means outside schedule not off svc ._.

  If WLBP means WLDEP then. I once saw 466Y on WLBP and 466Y was KJDEP SP but eventually the status was confirmed to WLDEP.
