Its back on 4 Jan (Fri), to be exact.
I wonder how many Scanias are at WLDEP still parked there after dereg. Saw 646U and 657M recently due to the ad
Today 2 pairs of 178 buses bunched up twrds WRI twice ard 1000-1030 hrs. 1st pair is TIB848D & TIB842U. The other is TIB809S & SMB2E ...
SBS7337J has a mini sv 291 perm sticker beside the license plate on the 2nd deck.
SBS8493J front rim has a Scania logo in the middle that looks like this:

Picture shows a rimguard but the one on 8493 is not a rimguard, only the Scania logo.
what we have been comparing is boarding and alighting of DDs/bendies is when they are near empty to packed to the doors or drain everything out...
but really, i also have a very very hard time alighting from svc 74 DDs during peak hours esp when i stand all the way to the back or from the upper deck...
full as in how full? its all depending on the SL/BC and the passenger attitude on that trip. some SLs are very proactive and force people to move all the way back while some SL/BC just sit down there, just make sure the front door close can liao.

What’s the use of near empty when a decent chunk of svs are corridor rts?
some svcs (esp loop svcs) can be near empty after one bus stop, and suddenly at another bus stop the whole bus flooded...
Originally posted by sbst275:also no pt…
your flood of boarding, 2nd bus can’t even conduct boarding at all…
Somemore O405G alrdy mentioned not for standee.. the front corridor are pretty narrow in reality… by certain load, it’s very very slow boarding process…
all bus corridors are narrow... unless there are no seats

it's how narrow The way your speak of things really has no proper standard... it's like jam wat... ya.. but how bad is the jam, how much traffic cycle it takes to clear etc...
it should be around the same for most buses... all buses have almost the same width and have almost the same seat width with 2-2 abreast seating...
narrow not narrow... in reality people only stand in one whole line along the aisle... only rarely people are willing to cramp 2 across in the aisle (like what happened on my ride)
but for side facing seats at the most is only 2 across because its a bit wider...
SBS6006X cameo on 185 today (100113) got only 1 workable EZ-Link reader (Entrance/Exit. reader near the Side EDS). rest all FAULTY
i board the bus at 2150hrs at dover stn twrds SLBP. abt 20 mins later, when reaching Jurong East Ave 1, the BC give free ride to those who board the bus. but when alighting, those who got tap earlier need to go to entrance to tap out
This may sound absurd but there's need for 190E during weekday peak.Limited stops at CCK,BPJ express to orchard then skipping some stops at Chinatown before terminate at nbr.0730-0845/1730-1900.Charge express fare
