TIBS logo the tilting fail.
By chance I managed to ride SBS8033D today. At first I thought it would be the same as any other KUBs except for the different color scheme and seats etc. But SBS8033D does not vibrate much, and does not rattle like the production KUBs at all. Btw the rear of the bus looks like a standard KUB now, SBS has changed it (did it get into any accidents?)
Overall it is great, except for the heat at the last row of seats and the PIW area getting leaks due to the rain.
Despite sharing the same CR222L base design for the front bumper and being fitted on Volvo chassis, little is similar at the rear; the CR222LD's rear following the then-Singapore Bus Service's specifications of double decker omit rear upper deck window while the CR222L follows the near-stock configuration of the bodywork design.
