I would think svc 254 will start from Tuas looping at Joo Koon Circle instead and svc 185 will start from Joo Koon instead.

There is no need for sv 185 to be extended. There is already 99 covering almost same parts like JW Ave 5, JW Ave 1, JE Ave 1. 185 at Soon Lee is good because I see during evening peak around 20-30 pax board sv 185 towards Jurong West district from first stop itself.

Thought will be good if 185 partner with 182 at JK?What if LTA decided to built a replacement depot for Soon Lee then?

Yes bro but there is still industrial estate at Soon Lee for whom there needs to be a bus service. Just to match the number with 182, I would not extend 185 to Joo Koon.
But had they not introduced 258, 185 could have been tweaked to terminate at Joo Koon, and have a new JIS service covering parts of Soon Lee/Kim Tian estate.
Just my proposal :)

252 already covers the industrial developments along Soon Lee Rd.

Nope. Just a part. Yes, ofcourse you can force people to walk to 252 bus stop, but not ideal givent that it is quite a number of pax we are talking about.

In that case, a good route extension proposal will be just to let 185 continue plying Soon Lee Rd, then utilize International Rd to Joo Koon Int.
It is strange that 117 is not part of Loyang package. Now SBST will operate 117 out of Punggol and Sembawang with it as the only service.
I would have swapped 117 for 118. 118 could be BNDEP with 47 and 117 could go to Loyang.
Strange, isn't it?

Why must 118 when 136 is out of the sequence? Can exchange 136 for 117.

Does Svc 858 do downroutes in the evening peak? I somehow saw one A24 off service from Yishun Ave 7 towards Gambas Road...
If the bus is behind schedule then yes it will do downroute
To all bus fans taking videos,PLEASE refrain from taking video of speedometer if the BCs are speeding over 60kmh...Both my SBST & SMRT friends has been sacked by their company because of some selfish people go and take videos of the speedometer..
Think about other ricebowls la..
Service 258 is classified as a Jurong Industrial Service, not a Trunk Service.
