Wanted to upload photo but blur...oh well
Anyway, on the poster, it said that there was supposed to have another loop service for the Bedok Reservoir residents as they had trouble taking 60/228 to Bedok as I suppose that the buses were full during AM peak. LTA then said that it is impossible as Bedok is already bursting, so they just came up with their standard reply of transferring buses

If full then the make 228 DD worthy lor then 60 Convert SD > DD -

Really no need for another service in Bedok currently. The introduced sv 46 also poorly designed. Still run empty with only 10-15 pax on board. Better modify existing bus or upgrade to DD rather than introduce new service.
Both 60 and 228 have enough space in Bedok Reservoir - Bedok sector. 60 is full capacity Bedok Reservoir - Eunos.

Agreed with you,60 freq is also better.There is also other passingby bus service.Unless they want to modified svc 17A.

Potential for 17A to be modified in future into a new service, say sv 44 (very unlikely they will use this number given that it has two 4s

832Z very easy to find. It is always at woodlands. If u wanna see it, 4.45pm depart 187 most of the time. If it is not on 187 then too bad lor, just camp inside interchange, overnight idk wad u wanna do U got until 26th September -

Btw, there was an incident long ago before the old WDL interchange closed. I was waiting for 969 when 1320E appeared behind a 903 Volgren. As the driver did not want to waste time, he opened the doors and let us walk on the bus road to board the bus fast. Later, someone got angry and said
"Why did you even let us board here?"
"Aiya faster mah. Somemore 903 so slow"
"What do you mean its faster? What about the safety of the passengers?"

To cover the guilt the driver was facing, he whistled all the way to satisfy his feelings
The person later complained to SMRT about what happened, but appatently they only say sorry so yeah...

Lol that driver was merely catching up on schedule coz he is late and need to cover schedule. Plus that kind of boarding on the road was normal back then on all of svc during peak hours.
