You think all those service origin from Changi Airport?

They go to Changi Airport. Only one of them starts from there.

Next time maybe LTA will have to use SMRT numbers for all bus services.

973 because from BPJ..Do you think new Bedok svc use 8xx or 9xx?

So 858 from Wdl also must renumbered just because it goes to CGA?Then Svc 50 also must renumbered to 8x or 11x la.How about 81 from Tampines?
Forget about numbering. it is quite complex.
I still don't understand how they decide on numbers of bus services.
For example: why is first punggol feeder introduced numbered as 386 and not 381 while the second punggol feeder is 382?
Why is CCK feeder to Keat Hong 308 when 307 is intra-town and numbers 303, 304, 305, 306 can still be used for feeder?
It is very strange how they decide on bus number.
Similarly St. Mike-Tampines service could be 126 instead of 129. Why have they dropped out 126 and used 127 and 129 instead?
Does anyone know how they decide on bus numbers?

Hi mr sbs3004X, no purpose to re-number. Lots of people already got used to it. Moreover, the services do not originate from changi airport. Changi airport is just a looping point. Cheers. Thanks.
127 should use 71 instead...unless they want to use the number for Tampines North int

127 and 129 is Bedok North Depot and not Ang Mo Kio or Braddell.

No. 31x is already used for Serangoon feeders. 34x, 36x and 39x are not used.

129 passes by BRBP and St Michaels terminal is under BRBP. Why is BRBP not having partial control?
more likely to use 34X series instead
Basically no one seems to know how numbering system works with LTA?
Is it that every depot has been allocated a few numbers to house services? I doubt.
is it that there are 4-5 route planners and everyone choses an exclusive numnber and the planner whose route is the best, that number is selected? I have my doubts on that too.
Any likelihood that 182, 192 and 193 may be re-numbered in future, when Tuas MRT opens?
Cos @s you all know, 18-numbers are generally in Bukit Panjang and Clementi area, whereas 19-numbers are generally in Bukit Timah and Queenstown area.
Any possibility that they may re-number them to 248, 249, 250, which are "more Jurong" than 182, 192 and 193?
DDS are back on 851.

Then 26 terminate at Bedok why Bndep doesn't control it?Svc 5 passby LYDEP why LTA doesn't give GA instead of 136?
Well,China is rich now.They don't even give a hoot.
So sad for the two security guards.

Would have been good if 85 was with SBS and 5 was given to GA. At least 5 would have got full fleet or almost full fleet DD under GA. sv 5 is one of the most ignored services under SBS in recent times.
