Good photography uses super ugly blue tungsten mode and rubbish blue to make the orange disappear. It reflects on how distorted the photographer is on changing the scenery and bus interior light to someting totally unnatural. Distorted photographer, distorted mindset, distorted view.

The later batches of DAFs will also receive two years lifespan extensions...which is what I wanted all along. But the Scanias are not so lucky...

Guess the DAFs are better maintained than the Scanias and Lances and can survive with the O405s... I think they also need the last few DAFs to cope for the loss of the O405s derigistering this year along with the MANs. I wonder why SMRT didn't bother to repaint TIB828L and TIB829J and the other O405s after refurbishment, even after extension...

The third round of lifespan extensions for Volvo Olympian 3-Axle (Batch 1) marks the first time SBS Transit buses (or on a larger scale, public buses) receive extensions till its maximum lifespan of 20 years.

SMRT is now following SBS Transit's style of extending the lifespan for buses...in this case the O405s. Some of them from the April, May and June batches has been extended for 6 more months.
