I benefited the NEL system previously and now still benefits it...
Still have 147 covering almost the sectors of the NEL (Hougang, Serangoon, Woodleigh, Potong Pasir, Farrer Park, Little India, Slightly off Dhoby Ghaut, Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Outram Park)
I guess passengers are quite satisfied with the NEL, connects you to any transfer point.
Serangoon:
Circle Line (Dhoby Ghaut, Esplanade, Bishan, Harbour Front, Marina Bay)
Dhoby Ghaut:
Circle Line (Harbour Front, National Stadium)
North South Line: (Marina South Pier, Marina Bay, Woodlands, Jurong East)
Chinatown:
Downtown Line: (Bugis, Bukit Panjang (End of 2015)
Outram Park:
East West Line (Joo Koon, Boon Lay, Jurong East Pasir Ris, Expo, Changi Airport)
HarbourFront:
Circle Line (Pasir Panjang, Haw Par Villa, Kent Ridge, Buona Vista, Botanic Gardens, Bishan, Serangoon, Paya Lebar, Stadium, Esplanade, Dhoby Ghaut)So many accessibility.

Hi mr pathlight, the northeast rationalisation was already over for over a decade. Times have changed and new MRT lines have been implemented and many more will be coming up. Circle line benefitted northeast residents a lot and we are grateful for it. Let's move on with the times. Nothing you say or do will make us go back to pre-NEL rationalisation days. Time to wake up. SBS3133G - Malay language
SBS3247L - Chinese language
No tamil language though =)
Unsure if there are any other services whose buses have ads promoting these 2 languages
