You sure? 703M-705H are still operating on 970, and 715D and 717Z operating on 172. 722H operates occasionally on 172

While the whole 1996-1997 batches did get lifespan extensions (except 720M), half of the fleet had been laid up subsequently and gone.

"Hold time" is the duration when the bus stops for a while at the side of the road, when it is ahead of schedule.
The maximum "hold time" allowed by SBS is two minutes.

No, they were Voiths, at least for the second batch which stayed long enough and were transferred to SSB/CSS, despite what was stated on the TIBS website.
