  Just to point out, SBST Twin pack was launched in Dec 2001 and 4,500 sets were produced...

  For manufacturers, licensor and local operators to even consider producing FOR PUBLIC SALE local bus models(1:76 scale), sales especially the country in which the model originate from HAS TO FORM a bigger and significant percentage over that of other countries in which it is released.

  If not, chances of future "official" local makes for public sales are extremely slim. SBST K230UB rt.88 is a prime example.

  As mentioned previously, if sales for the SMRT ADL meets requirements, anything is possible.

  eh maybe but bus fans in HK and malaysia would be also interested as well.
