I observed the fleet for yesterday(1/2) and they are as follow(not in order)
SBS3809R, SBS3064Y, SBS3644Z, SBS7539T, SBS7631J, SG5396M, SG5370L, SG5185E and SBS3516K,
Assuming the 3 SG plate b9 plus SBS3516K replacing the missing perm( SBS3810K, SBS3014S, SG5374B and SG5381E).
3810 might already be out of 241 seeing it has not appear for months, I can assume the fate is like the previous perm (SBS3214G and SBS3299L)...

I think so. They have been using outdated models for so long. This reminds me of ceasing analogue television and 2G networks.
LTA is focusing on their ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone).

I also think it's been redeploy to 179. Only 3809R remains on 241. Meanwhile SG5381E seems to be back on 241... Been seeing it doing a/p slot since last week. As for SG5374B.... Once in a while saw it do 241....
As for 3636Y the last time I saw is around Jan when it did 241 for pm crossover, sometimes the bus fleet are random not like what's stated on sgwiki... Cause SG5367Y has not been doing 241A for the past week(even though sgwiki stated it as part of the fleet)
As for the pm crossover from 243W, I think it has cease operating for awhile now. Cause on a few occasions I've been observing the pm fleet for 241, there's only perm and supplementary bus from 179 with the occasional cameo of other service b9...
