agree, don't think its batch 3 as interior seat configuration still same with 1341U -
Still part of batch 2. The order was 200 buses, and the batch 2 buses including those BSEP registered only add up to 189 buses. This means that there are only 11 buses left. If there are more, it could be considered as batch 3 already.

Probably to help in classifying the Batch 2 MANs (SMB1301K onwards) with new livery from those still with the old livery...

Then might as well shift SMB3067Z, SMB3078S and all those MANs in Batches 1/2 with new livery to Batch 3 instead...is this what you and he mean? Don't forget that it is not only the newer buses having new liveries.
I just can't see why those kids don't understand these words even with my explaination...I had posted in his user talk page about this and he simply removed it...can any people go and edit it in SgWiki instead?

The 13xx series is to avoid conflict with TIB plated buses. Batch 1 including those under BSEP add up to 200 buses, while 13xx onwards is Batch 2 already.
