854K seen on 188 on a close to daily (weekday) basis, for last week and earlier.
Took a different route to school today hence did not spot that slot. -

Finally 3143, 3146 got perm deployment. Good to see 3203, 3205 deployed again.3141 (HGDEP) 3204 (BBDEP) yet to be deployed perm on any service.

Look out for sv 9 (2 of them), 19, 30, 161, 193 and 249 deployment change this month as their B1 VO3x will de-register.

What do you mean by Boon Lay hate svc 179??? It is already plying 28 buses full fleet DD at 2-3 mins frequency. -

Not surprised. Good decision considering the high loading in AM peak between Jurong and Toh Guan (aroung 80-100 pax loading, 3-4 WEGs are dedicated to 183B) that keeps lesser capacity for Clementi - Science Park 2 area and the loading per bus in morning peak is around 70-80 pax. The KUBs cant manage the load - though opposite direction loading is only 25-30 pax. -

179 is last from SL (excluding JIS) to get Wrights while other services have been constantly getting Wrights. To be fair, 3013U and 3014S did perm 179 for a few months when the batch 2 Wrights just arrived but then they went to 97 and 179 became a dumping ground for all the spare VO3x batch 1 from BB and HG. Even when the 179 LO3x retired, SL refused to replace them with Wrights, instead putting old VO3x batch 1. Simply put, too many old VO while other SL services operate the new Wrights. -
I don't believe Kranji got no spare bendies,Minimum requirement must have at least 2 spare high capacity buses..

yeah could be ! but this bus now seem also keep stucking on 87 might be going perm soon anyway 1 of the SP WEG will be taking over .

this morning sv 72A @ around 7 35am 3236T bus abt : 20+ paxs
then next 72A @ 7 50am 3230J only : 6 paxs
all spotted @ HG ave 9 @ dat time ! not sure the loading from YCK station to AMK ITE for 72A .Dun think 72A need DDs maybe KUB or citaro can already cover the load bah .
Now sv 72 also very messy they permed 3352 & 3353 to 72 but now hardly see them doing on this svc intead can see them cameo on other svc
like SP or maybe they just for 72A only . In the other way round can on & off now can see 3347 3348 3617 9304 9617 rotating doing on 72 intead .

In the first place, i don't think that TIB473B is out of 965.It is a split shift bus, and many a times,their slots are cameod by other buses.like 8320A in the case of 27 where sometimes for even 1week up to a month,many buses did its slots.

Like sv 74 also got WEGs just this past month, otherwise a fleet of 29 DD buses was just having VO3x.
Anyway, now 179 already has 6 perm WEGs in its fleet. It will never go back to full fleet VO3x.

Maybe but 3141 hasn't perm any service yet. It just keeps rotating from one sv to another as SP.

As for 72A, just noticed on Monday that buses leaving YCK Ter between 08.00 and 08.45 AM (3 buses) all left with 50-60 pax. Buses come every 05 mins in the am peak at YCK Terminal and cleans up the whole queue, yet when the next bus comes within 05 mins, there is a queue of 50 pax. And these are more the people working in the Industrial area along AMK Ave 5 than ITE students. I did not see students in the queue apart from those who ran to take the bus because they saw it arrived.

ok ! dat mean there still hv some loads on 72A from YCK station to AMK INDUSTRIAL AREA and i think after this the bus empty again until to HG AVE 9 onward then hv some paxs back on again . as for the ITE student they should hv taken this 72B intead of 72 OR 72A bah .
As for 3353 last wk i think i took & seen once only on 72 but for 3352 i think i never seen it doing on 72 @ all if im not wrong .

Agreed. At YCK Terminal, I have only seen 3353. But lemon mentioned he did spot 3352 on 72B but I am guessing this bus comes on 72 like once in a week or so but has perm marking on it.
So where do you spot the 72 buses. I believe you live on YCK Road / HG Ave 9 junction??
