To your point most ITE students take 72B. The frequency is every 03 mins in morning peak. There may be 05-08 students max who might take 72/72A. So if you take 72 in the morning from YCK Terminal, it will have around 50-60 pax on board, around 5-8 pax will alight till ITE while around 10-15 pax board the bus so when it crosses CTE the bus has between 60-70 pax, after which people get down in huge numbers. When it turns to YCK Road, the bus will not have more than 15-20 pax.

72 has the most volatile fleet. Every day cameos. It does not operate its perms but has many cameos. Very funny.Few months back before 88 went full fleet DD - AMDEP / BRBP was doing this with sv 88. Everyday lots of pullovers and cameos, especially from sv 157.

there are definitely some DDs down for maintainance or repairs for Sv72 (just that no one go check/count whether all the CDGE perm are being deployed on Sv72 or not)... and AMDEP alway try to put DDs on Sv72/168 if u have noticed....

No doubt AMDEP does a great job with its DD deployment. I have noticed it hardly keeps its WEGs lying spare for long compared to other depot managements. -

as for sv72A, this moring 3194 depart from the terminal and board pax at around 7.15am. bus was almost 3/4 full while 3278 arrive at the boarding berth with sv72A EDS... less than 10 paxes board the bus... both buses turn out to AMK Ave 8 together... if we look at the timetable with frequency of 3-5 mins for a sv72 bus, it is not difficult to say that 72A bus will definitely bump up with a sv72 bus....

dat y all bump up together for 72 & 72A and 72A alway cannot get not much loads !

Looks like sv 72 has been stuffed with more buses than it needs. I observed at YCK Terminal this morning, sv 72 bus comes every 04 mins in the morning. On an average each bus took 40-45 pax.When you see sv 72 turning into AMK Ave 8, the next sv 72 is already on the berth. So it is okay to say for every MRT train coming to YCK, there is a sv 72 and sv 72B bus waiting at the berth.
Not sure if so many buses are needed beyond AMK Ave 5 though.

Too bad too sad, that how the buses & freq operates as it is since it merged with svc 80 in 1996.
Oh & btw AMDEP has not rectified SBS7306Z loud handbrake problem yet?

1 way to find out. TIB460M wont be operational on 925 tomorrow. So look out for this bus on cameo. If found of WLDEP svc then case closed. If found on KJDEP service, can consider it is transfer. Remember 462H was on 67 twice i think but 1 week later i spotted it on WLDEP svc.
