What the transfer for actually? All involve B10Ms
Those who doubt Sunday got dd on 89 can try spotting yourself.I work at airport terminal and frequently go cargo complex too
Dont say 170/160 need additional supplement from the DM3500 from other depot. Anyways the B10Ms transferred are not from any specific service. All random service.
6351 is a bb bus la; on 48 today, ik u all see the driver who lazy park back at bbdep so go cgbp park around 1130am as its shifts all start and end at tampines but the bus is still a bb bus, itchy fingers who edit please redo thanks

More like all the DM3500s heading to BBDEP, this time round involving AMDEP.
I noticed that 2 years back before the fleet change for 160/170, the mass transfer of DM3500s involved mainly from HGDEP and BNDEP. AMDEP and BRBP were not involved back then.
Is there a possibility for another new cross border service to be introduced soon? Or possible future route extension for 160 which need more buses?? ![]()

But 2639X are transferred to AMDEP. Strange much. I believe there are quite a number of spares DM3500 to use though.

All DM and Strider transferred to AM are due next year or 2015.
Whereas all DM3500 transferred to AR/BB are due 2016-2019.
DM are almost cleared from AR/BB already.
Hmm I was hoping bbdep get at least another 80 KUBs

is SBS995E involved as well?
Originally posted by Yongjunzer:is SBS995E involved as well?
995E has an ad but it is also the last DM from BBDEP
Anyways
AMDEP/BRBP DM3500 only left with
SBS2812L SBS2810S SBS2819T (TRG) SBS2800X to SBS2802R SBS2790R SBS2741H SBS2715J SBS2689B
Bolded ones are adless so have chance of being transferred over. The rest excluding 2819T, all have ads thus make it unlikely for transfer.
Look out for the bolded buses
3348D on 50 today
while 3347G & 3349B ON 72 ! ![]()
Sad that these wrights have not found it's perm svc
SMB278B is not 966S151. SMB278B if im not mistaken is 966AP03 and it is the last bus to Marine Parade.
Is 1144U really split or full day bus? Seen this bus near the last bus timing at times

I don't think they are opening up another cross-border service anytime soon, because the paperwork and preps to get the additional DM3500s over to JB will take a long time.
My guess is similar to yours, that they're consolidating the diff older bus types together in specific districts/depots. Just like how all the B10TLs are now based in East-district depots (AMDEP/BRBP/BNDEP).
Because if anyone looks at it, before they mass-swapped the DM3500s from the diff depots to BBDEP for the cross-border svcs, there was a huge chunk of DM3500s based in the East-district depots & HGDEP. Then now since most of the DM3500s are in BBDEP, it makes more sense to group one whole bunch of them together in the same West district for easier maintenance.
Then in return, think the best buses ARBP/BBDEP could give back to the East-district is the Striders bah. Although the 940M & 985J is oddball. But these 2 DMs were from the East district to begin before they swap them over to BBDEP. So it's some sort of homecoming.
TIB472D
(WLDEP SP) to (WLDEP 965)
Perm split and 1 less missing bus with 471G and 473B which was on 965 jz nw
Confirmed via observation. On 965 on around 10 occasion. Saw on other svc but it was on 965 too. This bus have only 1 driver taking it for split 965.
SMB270Y on 960 just now. Still considered as spare?
Ffw14e is using full citaro fleet from 3 days of observation...

The 2 MK4DM that u mentioned were actually due to some duty transfers to BBDEP a few years back. 940M was from AMDEP to BBDEP 166 while 985J was from BNDEP to BBDEP 7 (during the full BBDEP 7 days). And eventually BBDEP was the one that deployed them out and scatter them around other services.
Looks like 940M is back to perm AMDEP 162 for the second time.
SMB270Y, SMB349E are still 960 permers... 960's rigid fleet did not change at all!!!
SBS3617C on 55 and 410 (PM peak) whole of this week. shld be perm 55/410
