SBS3355H on 8 today, will continue to observe (it was run by random cameos last week). But is it possible if a non BSEP bus timetable slot get converted into one?

Anything is possible these days. BSEP on non-BSEP slots and vice-versa.

Where is d Gemilang bodied B9TL?
Funny that after 3 months 3354K is now shown as BNDEP SP and not BNDEP 17. For so long, sgwiki showed sv 17 to get a fleet add with 3354K.

I thought I had addressed this before previously..
Anyway, the issue is that 3354K apparently did Sv 17 for only the first few days when it was newly-deployed onto the roads. After that, it didn't do Sv 17 much at all, but instead went to other WAB svcs in BNDEP as cameos to replace other svcs. I've personally never seen that Wright on Sv 17 though, even during Peak, but i did see it appear in other people's cameo lists on the first few days..
And back then when we guessed 3354K was perm BN 17, the e-tt had no change at all around that period. And given how BNDEP typically don't run BSEP buses as outside-schedule buses (and hence means e-timetables should have some changes if there was a BSEP add to any svc), this means that 3354K was more likely a cameo on Sv 17 only for the first few days but we mistook it as perm Sv 17 because of the assumption that BSEP buses will perm on the svc they appear first on when they're newly-released onto the roads.
And I guess we should know by now that lately the depots have been running around their extra BSEP buses like SP buses uh without any perms.
I hope that clarifies your doubts.

No worries. I think because it took me about 3 months to confirm that it was totally not on Sv 17 but still running around elsewhere. haha.
