because 1388K is trying to make his argument sound reasonable. hell sure its reasonable that Hanover may have a lower failure rate than LECIP, but when theres alot more to quality than procurement as sgbuses has earlier described, wankers like 1388K just gotta learn to be less x-eyed and not jizz over the technical aspects like how the people he has issues with jizz over camoes.
whatever the reason for the switch, lets keep it open la huh. if u wanna pin down reasons, go get some classified information, post it here and i think we can get started :D

I know 3394U isn't officially registered yet on the LTA site, but all its rego plates and related stuff are already up on the bus as of today. -

I have 1 question, recently i boarded 7685D on 154 and i realise that the engine is sounding very differently, and nt only this bus but quite a handful of 75 and 76xx buses the engine sound has changed to become more rough and noisy.

how many LECIP Wrights and CDGE as compared to LECIP VO3X?
Just yesterday, one LECIP top left part died on a 109 Wright, flickered out for no reasons. How you explain that? -

if its only a quality issue and no action is taken to bring in a replacement EDS, status quo remains. the whole earlier discussion is about the reasons beind the actions to bring in the replacement EDS, of which quality is one of many many factors that need to be considered.
sgbuses, 2601D and i can wax and wane about why things change, but that said, they are merely speculations until official documentation/memos to explain the change surface, of which i dont intend to be any part of.
