It is now confirmed that Batch 3 has a total of 565 buses as reflected on Volvo and Wrightbus's press release in 2014...
Volvo Delivers its 1,000th Euro 5 Double Deck Bus to SBS Transit
http://www.sbstransit.com.sg/press/2015-05-20-01.aspx
This press release further confirms that between the orders of 550 B9TLs in 2012 and 415 B9TLs in 2014, there are extra 15 B9TLs ordered...just that this press release seems to imply that the 15 buses are under Batch 4...which cannot be the case.

He means future regos for the newer units after the 39xx series... But whether this info about the new regos is true remains to be seen.

I won't be surprised if it's a trial unit from KMB, with only the interior and livery specs standard with SBS Transit.

SBS Transit could just use up 7730-7999 (except 7888)...it will be enough for 415 buses (including BSEP 3449-3599).
