But Sv. 171 winds through Bukit Panjang and Bukit Timah areas, Sv. 852 is much faster as it only cuts through AMK!Originally posted by TIB1186Z:It should be faster if not for that driver...better than waiting another 12mins for a Lance 211 on svc 852 after I missed it. The normal journey time is about 52 mins, and today it took 62 mins. Although the distance is longer, but the 0405 and the low congestion and the morning scenery along Mandai Rd makes it quite enjoyable in the morning.
Yes, the badge is pasted in the center. I also got a shock when I saw it with that strange placement.
From Sv. 131 or Sv. 124 most likely.Originally posted by Zilchster:SBS 913S on Svc 136
I noticed that Tibs are starting to deploy 12m buses on some full Bendy services, like 859, 960 as sub buses. I would not be surprised if Tibs decided to settle the Lance 211s on feeder services and putting 12m buses on full bendy services to free some Bendys.Originally posted by TIB1186Z:Feeder services in Yishun a bit haywire today...
Dennis LAnce 211 on svc 800 ( Should be 1012, cun really catch it ), and not surprisingly, svc 811 kenna Lance 211 again.
Nissan Diesel on svc 812 again
"Switch a bus" game on svc 806. TIB1205C made a reappearance on svc 806 today. TIB1176C probably in depot...it missed its 0612 trip from my bus stop![]()
TIB1011U back on svc 812 today.Originally posted by off_service:I noticed that Tibs are starting to deploy 12m buses on some full Bendy services, like 859, 960 as sub buses. It seems that all Yishun feeder services have used Lance 211s for at least one time. A couple of weeks ago I saw service 812 with TIB 1011 U.
Permanent Lances on feeder services dont seem likely to me. TIBS value their feeder services much more than their trunk services, for strange and unknown reasons.Originally posted by TIB1186Z:TIB1011U back on svc 812 today.
Might be true, there is at least one more Bendy on svc 851 in the morning, replacing a MB0405 CAC
It is a perm on svc 851 that just had a timetable switch....I had been taking this Bendy daily as it conincides with my travelling schedule. I will check when I get back to Yishun later tonight if TIB1011U is still on 812. If it isnt, it means that it might have just been a morning peak "helper" bus that retires after 8am.
What rego was the "extra" bendy on 851? I know TIB1098U has replaced TIB745S.
Icic... yes indeed the 851 schedule has been re-worked. The bendies have a more normal schedule rather than being used as "trump card" buses on 851 now. TIB1138M is a regular bendy on 851 and operates for the full length of the day. It is part of the four "core" bendies in 851, namely TIB1023K, TIB1057M, TIB1081S and TIB1138M. Lately 3 more bendies have joined these four guys at the "core" - TIB1096A, TIB1098U and TIB1099S. TIB1113J has also tried to make a regular appearance.Originally posted by TIB1186Z:It is a perm on svc 851 that just had a timetable switch....I had been taking this Bendy daily as it conincides with my travelling schedule. Might be a helper, though. Svc 812 and 811 is famous for that

My friend SMS me that he also saw servive 89 using Superbuses.
He said the rego was SBS 9360C from service 86.![]()
Sv. 124 is totally controlled by AMDEP, don't forget. I saw 9818A at Bishan Int (rear though) and I guessed it was on Sv. 56, little did I know.Originally posted by Zilchster:On sat...

SBS 3699 R has recently become a 'full-time' bus on Sv 70. SBS 466 R is from Sv 73. I suppose that there's an exchanging of buses b/w 70 and 73.Originally posted by Zilchster:On sat...
