  TIB 453 D on Service 966 today.
  One of the worst-condition MB 405 buses in the TIBS fleet.
  Air-con had extensive water leakage, so much so that the passengers had to sit away from the windows. I had to go to the front.
  The green ducts of the 405 aircon were all covered in a layer of brownish-like dust thingy, just simply disgusting...
  Fortunately the Indian driver was fast, reached Marine Parade in an hour or so....

  There are improvements to both services 161 and 168 on weekends.
  
  Below are my observations:
  
  Service 168: Improved headway to 8 - 10 mins per bus.
  Services 161 / 168: Travel time reduced to 45 - 50 minutes.

  It aint a Townlink and it has been having bendys since the beginning of the year. Began with 5 Habits and 3 O405's. Now fully Habit fleet.

  Today after alighting from the service 966 bus I took, the bus made a loop at the round about and stopped at the road side for a short rest. Also I heard the service captain asking a lady to board opposite Parkway Parade and NOT outside Parkway Parade. Does it mean that all passengers have to alight at the stop outside Parkway Parade?

  Yes, you are correct. This is different from service 15.

  TIB 666 L is a service 980 bus. However, few days before the introduction of service 966, service 963 has been getting Scania L113s.
  
  The Volgren Merc on service 961 should be TIB 969 M, a permanent bus of service 961.

  Yes. Technically passengers are supposed to alight os Parkway Parade. The empty bus will loop one round around the circus, and passengers will board from the stop OPPOSITE Parkway Parade.

  Yes. I believe they will be transferred over to the Central area for the NEL network rationalization exercise, as many more services will be from Ang Mo Kio Depot.

  Well, I have not seen any increment of Scania N113CRB in AMDEP recently. I can tell you that most probably, Sv 17 is having an upgrade, or, some Scania N113CRB are deployed on other svcs.[/

  Well, that itsn't unsual to see Loads of Scania OAC on Bedok Feeder Svcs. Most of them are permanent on those svcs.
