Actually, all 3 VSOs was on Svc 168 still on Friday. I took 9848M in the morning, 9849K at noon and 9847R in the evening. (This is my personal record )
Also an LO 2-axle (SBS 718-) visited Tampines Interchange on Friday morning.
SBS9131Y operated on Service 196 on Friday, operated on SVc 14 on Monday.
SBS998Y now has the new desto style, like the ones on Tridents.
SBS700P and SBS856H are the only 2 resident-buses of Service 68. Only 1 operates either in the AM-peak or PM-peak. Average round trip at Industrial Estate is 10 minutes. Passenger load is quite miserable. Ironic as at least 3 banners welcoming the commencement of the service have been put up all over Tampines St 91.

The seats have been TOTALLY changed. Interior has been modified. All the furnishings are matt-gray in colour except the floor, which is purple with little sparkly things and the seats.Originally posted by PT21:

How miserable is the loads? Less than half the bus is full? Everytime I saw Service 68, no more than 5 pax is in the bus. Yes, to show those people who demand a bus service inside the Industrial park that it is not feasible! Same for Sv. 401 on Saturdays. Even TIB 879 P (Not sure, but a silver bus) is deployed on service 184!! -

Just spotted TIB 975U (2nd gen hispano 0405G) on 806 on my way back from school... Before tat was a 0405
My guess is tat it was a filler bus becos they deployed a 0405 before it and the bus was packed full with many people not being able to board. And another Habit 0405G was following right after this one.. Anyway it's definately a change on 806 considering it always used Habits

This is definitely the first time a Citaro (O405 2nd edition) is on service 806, at least to me. The O405 you saw should be a supplementary bus. I guess this is a measure by Tibs to release Bendy Buses for other services (Someone saw O405G on service 857 today). In my opinion, O405 is deployed because there's always few passengers left after the Bendy Bus left and therefore it's a waste to use Bendy Buses as the load is low as the next bus often come below 3 to 5 minutes frequency.

Yes, TIB975U is deployed on svc 806 today with CL Lee as the driver. He is the 5th driver on 806, besides TIB1160, 1163, 1164 and 1176. He is originally from svc 804., and I guess that he may be training to drive the Bendys that may come on svc 804 soon, hopefully. TIB975U is just another 5th bus on 806, and the 5th bus on 806 is never fixed as it is a recent addition to the fleet. For the past few days, it had been TIB1126 with the Voith-sounding transmission ( I think it should be ZF, but the gears do sound like Voith ).
The 0405 is actually TIB526H, and had been deployed on svc 804 for a number of times. The reason why this bus is deployed because I guess TIB1176C is being taken out of service some time during the day, as I took TIB1176C in the morning and came back in the evening to see the same driver, TL Lim, driving TIB526H. It is kinda interesting to see how badly an 0405 copes with the 806 demand during evening peak, with many pax couldn't get on when Bendys can get filled to the brim. -

Tibs deployment has been really weird today. This is what I saw at Woodlands Regional Int:
TIB 0489 G: service 962
TIB 0446 E: service 960
TIB 0854 K: service 912
TIB 0977 P: service 960
TIB 1197 S: service 913
Also today, there's a MB O405G and Citaro on service 184. Service 184 is getting a little "downgraded" these days. Can't catch rego of the 2 buses because of the heavy rain. -

From the way I see it, the VSO taken from service 168 (i.e. 9846T) might be deployed on service 55.
SBS 9846 T might also be the unknown VSO spotted on service 143 around a week ago. -

When I saw 0405 serving 806 at the berth, i thought its good for a change but they should have used a Volgern 0405G considering there were so many passengers who could not board! 
Then after the 0405 left, 975U came out and I thought it was on 856 / 859 but as I could see the EDS i was shocked 
I was like oh man this is definately new.. hehe.. But im still waiting for a Volgern 0405G on 806! 
A 851 MB0405 CAC with the rear epson ad broke down along Marymount Rd today near to the junction with SIm Ming Ave. Reg unknown -
