the permit is alrdy at the holder. i think most KUBs have these already (including speed limit sticker & SPAD sticker)
like today 8045 on 99 & 8060 on 48

I really wonder how many more non-WAB services in ARBP/HGDEP can handle with large numbers of DM3500s (and other MK4s) in their fleet until the end of 2015...

Actually AR/HG also not much need of this NON-WAB SVC buses bah unless for HG Side they dun want to make sv 159 WAB so fast and @ the same time take out all the older DM MK4 & strider to replace by this JB DM3500 .

Perhaps SBST will have to spread out the DM3500s amongst all the depots.

I got saw 2 transferred DM500 in HGDEP with spad stickers pasted on the bus. As far as I know that the DM500 that transferred to HGDEP from BBDEP about sometime ago do not have spad stickers pasted on the bus,only have 3rd brake light.

I notice that AMDEP currently have plenty of spare K230UBs. If HGDEP is going to have a shortage of WAB buses after the JB K230UBs transfer out, AMDEP should give HGDEP some K230UBs and take DM3500 in return.
Also, some ARBP/BBDEP WAB services (like 16, 57, 111, 123, as well as the feeders in Bt Merah and Clementi) have full fleet WAB perms. Unlike HGDEP and BNDEP style that always have a non WAB perm on almost every WAB service. I wonder if these currently full fleet WAB services might get some DM3500s in return after 170 gets a fleet change.

Dun worry ah bro,Even though 80 odds KUB goes to 160/170/170X theres still 1000 of KUBs to play around. My only wish SBST would consider the Euro VI Volvo B8RLE and Euro VI Scania N320UD decker.

Only very little spare KUBs from AMDEP can be transferred to HGDEP as not many services in the central area has the rectangular desto. But after all, better than none uh?

Most probably a fightback for more new buses into HGDEP once the older MK4s start to retire 2nd half this year.
Looks like apart from 371, it is unlikely for other non-WAB HGDEP services to go WAB that soon.

Agree...hope that all DM3500 will be scrapped with the Striders and DMs by 2015...
