Just know that this transfer here & there between the depots is not like buying a car from a showroom; you buy a car & everything can be completed in days.
This mass transfer of buses within depots, and cross-district depots (AMDEP & BBDEP) has a lot more behind-the-scenes than what you see on the roads. There's a whole ton of paperwork, keying-in of info into their own database, and all sorts of records for their buses being passed around.
Sometimes bus fans need to take a step back and step out from their microcosm of the world. The world won't go according to how we want it to. You can have your opinion, but the big companies like SBST won't give a shit about your opnions on how you want things to be done.
So if you want to question why they didn't let their JB-prepared buses remain within AM/BR/SL before transferring over to BBDEP, continue pondering. The senior bus fans here can give you a probably reason why they had a sudden change of plans, but if you refuse to take that and continue to insist & complain with your opinion, then go ahead.
Originally posted by SBS 6238T:My guess is that BNDEP/CGBP K230UBs will be next to have the JB info box, speed limit & hotline stixs, and the 3rd brake light soon and will be transferred to BBDEP in the future?
Go and think which district does BBDEP fall under. BBDEP is under West district. West-district has ARBP, SLBP & HGDEP. Don't these depots have enough Batch 2 E4 KUBs for the people preparing the JB ops to use? And even BBDEP has their own B2 E4 KUBs to utilise, ain't it?
I can't see them taking from BN/CG, unless they need like 500 JB-prepped KUBs for the cross-border. Even if they have to kope from East-district depots, they'd most likely take from AMDEP/BRBP because they have the highest no. of B2 E4 KUBs combined.
Buses with 3rd brake lights installed: 64 buses
Note: Some of the listed buses also have the information (black), LPKP permit and speed limit stickers.

2813J is HGDEP SP. Today on 103.
Cheers.
I wonder whether those Euro IV batch 1s from 154 and 174 will eventually go over as well.
Also I wonder whether buses like those Clementi feeders Euro IV batch 1s which have no 3rd brake lights currently will eventually go over as well.

They can take the OC from 173/941/947 but too bad no adblue tank so those 3 deserve it :/
Originally posted by carbikebus:Adblue tank not a problem.Kjdep and Amdep smaller than Wldep can do it why not Wldep? Can kope from Amdep OCs
If WLDEP is like last time got MAN,Citaro and OC...... Now different depot have different fleet dominance.
WLDEP have 80% of MAN now. All Scania and Volgren Bendies are there too
KJDEP have all the DAFs and half of the total OC fleet, Now 3/4 of their Volgrens are there while the rest at AMDEP
AMDEP have 95% Citaro and Half of the OC Fleet plus it housed all the Lance last time.

that photo is edited.... read carefully first....
from that BIS facebook
Edit : The photo's edited a lil' bit as part of a social experiment on the future cross border bus fleet, and from the little comments and shares I saw, it seems that some people do want the K230UB to be deployed on 170 and 160 instead of the Citaro buses (for now).
Anyway, this is my rendition of how it might look like (the location of where SBS Transit will place the company sticker) should it be replacing the Euro IV K230UBs on 170 in the future.

not your fault anyway, if that person who posted that information is not truthful at all on editing the photos.
tot that person alway claims to have first hand and accurate information? and yet he can post something which is edited and did not mention initially?
