Board 1 OC on 851 during weekend afternoon and at night. Afternoon one was rather empty, and the night time one was just fully seated.

I think peak hour would be full of pax wich warrant the perm bendies

sv 900 - 913
sv 900
6 buses (5 DD/bendies*, 1 SD)
sv 901
5 buses (3 DD/bendies, 2 SD)
sv 902
5 buses (2 DD/bendies, 3 SD) - deployment 72B style. Also operate downroutes from Rep Poly to WRI (12.00 to 16.30)
sv 903
7 buses (7 DD/bendies)
80+ loading both directions as it serves a good mix of industrial and residential areas. SDs cannot manage the loading.
sv 904

sv 911
10 buses (6 DD/bendies, 4 SDs)

sv 913
10 buses (4 DD/bendies, 6 SDs)
Reduced bendy capacity since I have observed SDs can manage loading very well on this service especially on the east loop because it serves 2 MRT stops at Woodlands and Admiratly distributing the load very well. Having said that buses in peak have a good 60-70 pax to Admiralty MRT and then around 40-50 pax to WRI. Do you agree?
* Don't freak out wherever you see DD/bendy, it is just to say that high capacity buses are needed here.

Besides 902 and 903, NO DDs FOR ALL WDL FEEDERS PLEASE.
ESPECIALLY 913

I think 902 also better with bendies.
900, 901, 903 better with DDs.
912, 913 only bendies.
911 can be mix of bendies and DDs

900, 901 should not use DDs.
901: Most pax get off in a matter of 5 stops, since starting from third stop onwards, the streets plied are exclusive to 901. And also DDs deployed on this svc is resources not well used, as the service is short and thus DDs cannot develop its purpose even to ppl travelling to the looping point.
900: Many people board and alight from 900 at Vista Point, and bendies are capable of keeping schedules on time in this case.

902 is the one who should have DDs as it is a shuttle svc and thus no need to worry about alighting and boarding problems.

For your explanation on 913, I disagree.
In fact, I point it right STRAIGHT as your statement on east loop, as I do occasionally observe its loadings at AM and PM at Admiralty Stn.
Though I do not encourage bendy add, likewise I also discourage bendy cut.
AM peak: horrendous loadings alighting at Admiralty Stn. Observed 70+ pax all getting off at the same time. Bendy was almost full packed (only a little standing space up front).
PM peak: Better situation, bendy half-filled with standees when arriving Opp Admiralty Stn.
In either case it does not justify for bendy cut as since it's doing well with current fleet, why take them out?
We all miss the Mercedes Benz O305 buses with SBS....
Bodied by Alexander with the R type bodywork, that powerful engine, and the awesome howl with a smooth ride. Mercedes Benz....wow~
Info from BIS~ most popular and number one page on Singapore buses~ Hope SMRT get Mercedes & MAN DD~ M&Ms~
The people behind who were so desperate about the bus F1RST that they had to do such a deed below at bus depot
903 all Bendy, no DDs. If not peak hour deploy some DD can liao.

Service 900 - Peak hours run DD, normal time Bendy. Current fleet no. is okok.
Svc901 - Peak hour run DD, normal time Bendy. Fleet add 1 SD to AP.
Svc902 - Bendy. Faster alighting, 1 stop only anyway.
Svc903 - Mentioned in above post.
Svc904 - 1-2 Bendy for peak hours, All SD. [For now]
Svc911 - Don't really need DD. Peak hours more bendy/DD(if need), AP can use more SD since there's 951E crossover and 911E every hour[or so, by AP03]
Svc912 - DD for peak, Bendy.
Svc913 - DD for peak/some AP, bendy.

902: should be full fleet DD/Bendies much like 72 and 806
901: whoever says 3 bendies aremore than enough, i would say this service needs a temporary measure until 2020 when Woodgrove station and stage 2 of TSL is opened.
904: 1 bendy/DD + 5 rigids. have LTA and SMRT learnt a lesson on 860? just over a year of operation, it exploded.
Svc960 - MORE DDs, lesser Bendy. Some SD still for AP.[But less than 5]
Svc961 - Peak hour Bendy, AP mostly SD + some Bendy/DD
Svc962 - AP slot run bendy/DD, Split shift run DD.
Svc963 - DDs.
Svc964 - More Bendy, 1/2 DDs.
Svc965 - DDs
Svc966 - DDs[Given current frequency]
Svc969 - DDs for AP/Split, bendy for AP. Some SD for AP[Less than 6]
Svc858 - More SDs, can consider running DD/Bendy between Jalan Kayu <-> Woodlands sector

904 - absolutely no need. Service has 40-45 pax loading. Need bendy and DD?????
860 is a very different case - there you need DD/bendy and so rightlty I have allocated also.

How can you do this kind of scheduling? DD in peak and bendy otherwise. Does that even make sense from an operation point of view?
913 DDs very bad idea. From Admiralty station just 4 stops all pax alight...
903 need DDs and that's where you want bendies...
You are funny la... very very funny :)

902 can be operational when RP students goes home from 3-6pm. 12pm operate like redundant as not many students goes back at that time. 902 can operate a special schedule on days when RP students having exam. They will infest the interchange from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. I attended school there so i know the peak hour of RP students.

904 has a unique route. Woodlands Cresent has some new BTOs and serving a school. could balloon like 860 or even better.

You got understand 903 situation? Most pax. are those elderly with their big plastic bags of gloceries, no point asking them carry up and down because it's just less than 5 stops away. It's only the peak hours that needs DDs[which means DDs will run mostly on S/TQ slots]
913 needs DDs during peak hours especially, most workers alight at Adm[coming from Wdl Circle], and Wdl Sec students board from there.
Frankly speaking, Woodlands Feeder don't really need DDs for most AP slots.
