Some Riverside Pri parents walked out to take 913/964 to Woodlands Int.

913 needs DDs during peak hours especially, most workers alight at Adm[coming from Wdl Circle], and Wdl Sec students board from there.
Frankly speaking, Woodlands Feeder don't really need DDs for most AP slots.
913 caters to a lot of schools (Admiralty Sec,Riverside Pri,Riverside Sec,Woodlands Sec,Marsiling Sec,Admiralty Pri, Evergreen Pri). 913 need a lot of x-over like 911, i dont think 960 x-over is enough or more splits on 913.

To be frank, my juniors in Admiralty Sec prefer 913/964 to 904 due to the route

Not sure of the loading inside, but every 913 bendy that I've seen coming out to Adm Station, they leave with slightly lesser loads. The bus can be quite packed at times, even after leaving Adm Station.
Originally posted by TIB 585L:902 can be operational when RP students goes home from 3-6pm. 12pm operate like redundant as not many students goes back at that time. 902 can operate a special schedule on days when RP students having exam. They will infest the interchange from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. I attended school there so i know the peak hour of RP students.

We can add capacity when loading improves - as of now bus takes just 40-45 pax. 860 on the other hand towards Khatib takes 70 pax full bus. If DD or bendy, would have taken 80-85 pax easily.
When i was still attending school at Admiralty Sec. I remember many occasion the bus was packed to the door at block 764 and there are occasion that the SL skipped the next stop but alighted me around 50m after the bus stop. The timing was 6.30am to 6.40am. This is how 913 pax are in the early morning with 960 x-over

If you want to put, the most is only 1-2 on AP slots. Otherwise, these DD resources should channel to those trunk ones. I believe they need more. However, svc like 307 should try getting DDs.
Anyway, don't miss the point...Woodlands Feeder don't really need DDs. But intra-town, probably 912/913. 911 probably can, but also Split shifts.

one direction loading ...
the A22 is empty after leaving Khatib simply because 811 is faster to Yishun Int.
DDs and bendies should return to Yishun Interchange.

902 just S1 duty and it is 3pm to 6.30pm or 7pm. It is better to extend just to clear the remaining crowd.

Use 3-5 buses lorh. But of course frequency must not be jialat, best if they follow 911E style.
Can say that RP students would rather take 911/911E during sch dismissal than waiting for 169/903 as 911/911E is rather empty, plus it's arrives frequently.

Not true on ur 2nd statement. RP Students would rather walk to Woodlands MRT than waiting for unreliable freq on 903 n 169 and the people who pick 911 is mainly students who live along 911 route. Rarely see people take 911 just to get to Woodlands MRT. They would rather wait 20 mins for 169/903 n squeeze or walk

did they change the format?
just a few years since i left RP, this happens.
UT1 usually happens after 4 lessons taking up 45 mins.
likewise for UT2
UT3 takes about 1 hour +
also the start time for RP is staggered.
type A modules starts at 8:30am
type B starts at 9.15am
type C will begin at 9.45am (was changed from 10am)

I m referring to those lazy to walk ones.
Idk la..but there's quite a "bus full" of them Took 1191H that time, and before it hit back to St82, it's already packed to the door. Subsequent stops also unable to board. And yes, most of them took all the way to WRI.

UT1 happens after the 5th lesson means on the 6th week, UT2 11th week mainly. UT3 staggered timing but always crowded esp 8.30am exam and 4.30pm exam. Type A,B,C,D,E remains the same

That means those RP students live around St 13 that why need 911 ;p

902A is kind of 179A to bring RP-ers to school fast and skip other stops.
902B is the reverse of 902A
902 is 902A and 902B
if rain ah and it is the UT day, the current 902 will be screwed.
wait for 911
wait for 169
and take 901/912
or simply walk home!

911 queue may get a small increment ...
169 and 902 queue can be horrible to the extent of thrice the length of the queues that 806 + 811 makes

169/902 in the morning is worse than 950/168/161 during peak hour.
