From what I've seen for 951E loading from st82 alone, the seats are mostly occupied(spotted 3115T/3061P/3075A). Can introduce DD already

That is normal, i took 951E alot of times last year and by the time it reached Evergreen Pri, if im lucky enough i get a seat, if nt stand till Dhoby and a the bus will be filled to the door at the last bus stop

Normal? :o Didnt spot 951E fleet recently lol..but I can say all 3 buses departed have the same loading. If u introduce DD, passengers don't need to stand all the way from Evergreen pri.
Maybe take out SMB3061P, swope 3052R with DD and prob 3079p

OT a bit, i did write in for DDs for ffw196 coz evday have peeps standing to the door, reply was the service is not main trunk route, operator can decide the bus type best fit... 196e now still SD

That's the difference between 513E and 951E/850E... With DDs, pax can sit comfortably and go to CBD. 513E AM peak now has 65-70 pax - all can get a seat.
Ever see 850E/951E at Dhoby Ghaut and you will see when it turns into Orchard Road it is packed to door. Only 34 pax sit and rest 30 pax stand all the way. Hence, have to keep launching more buses.

10E has all DD in its fleet. I think 196E does not have because in AM peak you also have 196 and 196A running in parallel.

513E has max 5 pple standing, i saw when the bus pass me while i was on sv36

yah... smetimes 196/A can catch up with 196E due to jam at Mountbatten/Nicoll highway
NW / W best to have bus to Airport...
Then all the airport routes can run 24hrs with those after 0000hrs at 30mins interval, last bus at 0530hrs departing airport so that airport workers do not need to take cab or rush to wait for the 1st train...
Ample time to rest ...
Bus fares though will be slightly higher probably starting at SGD3.50, DRF style

Morning 10E has FULL DD morning peak, evening sometimes will deploy Scanias on 10e, spotted many times...

10E is normally full on way back to Tampines also. Has a good 70-80 pax. It is stupid to put Scanias.

standard due to heavy traffic at mountbatten and heavy loading as its the only service to CBD aft one amber bus stop.
196A besides the those SDs for 196e running have only 2 other running buses, one is from BB(SBS7495K), the other from BN(SBS7342T) from observations since BSEP came...

Eh apparently only 1st 2 buses are full, the 3rd 3/4 half full, last bus half full, smetimes empty

okay - then makes sense to put Scania on the last bus. they can shift the DD to 196E. can surely give 1-2 DDs to both 196E and 30E.
