  According to an article on Facebook, it seems that only two units of the Enviro500 are delivered in SMRT livery, while the rest will be delivered without livery.

  Regarding this, I think there are two possible reasons:

  1. 1. SMRT has tendered the painting of the buses to a local firm; the buses will be painted here in Singapore instead of at overseas.
  2. 2. LTA has bought over the buses. However, the common bus livery is not ready yet, so in the meantime the buses will be without livery.

  What do you all think?

  LTA has bought over the buses.....you mean the staff went there with chest of money and point at the bus and said: nah, i want that bus...........?
