Those buses that the service used in the past have the same width as the currrent, but why at that point of time it cannot use DDs at all?

Maybe I am wrong to have used this kind of source as a reference...come to think of it, why 2-axle DDs can't be used when rigids of 2.5m width can be used?

My friend had a chat with a SMRT BC (TIB973A svc 67 driver), and he mentioned that 190 and 67 will get dd. Maybe 67 can get dd after all?

further, if you look at the topic,they are TALKING ABOUT the PAST (1980)... now and then are totally different...
and that guy even say that Sv172 cant use DD because of Tengah airbase?? what is this? last time there are also ppl who say that the bus routes to Paya lebar airbase cant use DDs... so what are the DDs on Sv90/94 doing down there?? what is DD got to do with the airbase? sit inside the DDs can see what is happening in the airbase?

got BCs also tell me that Sv105/159 going to get Open Top DDs.. u believe?? i can tell you that even if you dun believe, there are SOME other ppl (dun wish to name) who will go and post in facebook or quoted me that this is going to happen without even checking the real facts...

61, 106, 189I don't think 960 can get DDs coz of Dunearn Road. 965 does not need DDs. The others definitely do. I would also add 169, 856 to the list.
For Yishun, you missed out on 856, 857 that definitely need DDs.
BPJ - 180, 75, 972 are good candidates
CCK - 188, 190, 300, 985 can do well with DDs.

My BC fren say svc 300 will get neoplan dd~ i even heard Sv 67 will merge with SBS Transit to operate this bus svc, mixture of dds and bendies!~
