I think 113's ETT should be adjust runtime? Dont think it is fleet add or fleet upgrade cause last year also same thing, nothing happen.

Actually 113 can do with 5 KUBs and 2 WEGs or CDGEs..

119 DDs can exchange with 2 KUBs from 113

I don't think 20 should get DDs.
Most of 20's pax are short-haul pax which does not take the full route from CBP all the way to Tampines. Thus I don't think svc 20 is suitable for DDs.
On the other hand, 20 couldn't even get its peak freq right, with some buses coming after more than 10 minutes during peak! So I think it should start off with fleet add first.

80 should convert 1 SD slot to DD..fleet is okay but better if Arbp take a few duties.

1 WEG spotted on 20 just now @ Simei St 1, Tamp-bound. On MRT so didnt took a pic though

WEG on svc 113! Spotted at hougang st 21. Upper deck about 30pax on upper deck, lower deck with 5-6 standees

Even 119 can get DDs. What could never happen?
Think 113 should be getting 2 split DDs soon. 20's and 113's ETT changed and w.e.f from the same date, 30-06-2014.

is it because of the narrow streets at Pasir Ris preventing sv 3 from getting DDs, just like sv 38 at Simei? -
