** Make it loop @ Boon Lay Interchange due to space constraints.
** Should be full day service like 502E, 518E.
** Service will highly benefit people from Boon Lay area & CCK area who want to travel between these towns
** Since express sector, travel time will be 25-30 minutes.. even better than taking MRT.
