Toa Payoh and New Bridge rd already packed..Why not start from St Michaels loops at Upp Cross St?Follow the old CSS603?

Yes... sv 42 can actually be broken into sv 41 and sv 42 both starting from Eunos Interchange and covering opposite areas of Kembangan.

I think that is a very good suggestion.

(express after Brickland road, and enters again at Jalan Bahar) to Boon Lay Interchange
** Make it loop @ Boon Lay Interchange due to space constraints.
** Should be full day service like 502E, 518E.
** Service will highly benefit people from Boon Lay area & CCK area who want to travel between these towns
** Since express sector, travel time will be 25-30 minutes.. even better than taking MRT.
