Service 5M- Pasir Ris Interchange- Jalan Eunos (Loop)
Route Same as Service 5 except it turns left to Bedok Reservoir Road and Jalan Tenaga before resuming its journey back to Pasir Ris
- Serves Pasir Ris East Estate, Upper Changi Road North Industrial Estate, Simei, Bedok Reservoir Estate and Kaki Bukit Industrial Estate
- Improves frequency on both directions mainly on the eastern side from Kaki Bukit Estate onwards towards Pasir Ris.
-Improves link to MRT Stations like Pasir Ris, Upper Changi, Simei and Kaki Bukit MRT stations
For those heading towards Pasir ris from Kaki Bukit especially need to wait 20+ mins for Service 5 to arrive hopefully this introduction will improve those residents who require inter town connection from Bedok Reservoir to Simei
I don't think there is need for 5M coz off-peak will not have demand. What sv 5 needs is a boost to its fleet. Need 3 more SD slots converted to DD. Its been a long time since sv 5 got capacity upgrade and definitely needs one.

Hope for some BSEP DD adds as well, especially split buses for peak hours... 5 is quite well utilised during that time. Though I have to agree with him that the frequency of 5 is not very good... It's better for improvements on the full route, instead of just focusing on a 'M' variant for a certain sector of the route. Same for other services...

You already have sv 89. Nothing unique about the route. Cranwell area does not warrant another service. There is already sv 29 there.
Would be good to have Pasir Ris -- Alps Avenue service instead.

Service 152
Sengkang Interchange - Singapore Zoological Gardens (Loop)
Via
Compassvale Rd
Sengkang East/West Ave
Fernvale Rd
Sengkang West Way
Jalan Kayu
TPE/SLE
Lentor Rd
Yishun Ave 1
Mandai Ave
Mandai Rd
Mandai Lake Rd
Benefits:
- Benefitting passengers who are heading towards Seletar Mall and act as an alternative route to Svc 163 along East/West Ave
- Another alternative route to Jalan Kayu besides Service 86 and 85
- Direct route to Mandai Crematorium/Columbarium for folks. Dun have to transfer at Yishun and wait for 171
- Direct service to Zoological Gardens instead of travelling to AMK and Woodlands/CCK to take 138/927 or 926 (Weekends only)
Bad Side:
- Too short of a route (I guess for your analysing)
- Too many buses at Sengkang Interchange (Suggestive maybe start at Punggol Interchange?)

No need of service to Zoo... Need service from Sengkang to Whompoa Estate... that will be a welcome addition.
Or from Tampines to St. Michael's via Sengkang, YCK Road, CTE

Hi mr busanalyser, service from tampines? I think better not. Tampines has just too many services and better have 1 less bus service plying TPE and subjecting it to more traffic situation along TPE causing frequency issues. Start from sengkang int to st Michael via sengkang west way to spread out the crowd at seletar mall from the back. For those not familiar with the area, the mall is bounded by sengkang west ave from front (sbs 50, 163/163M) and sengkang west way from behind (sbs 85 + some walking distance). Moreover, fernvale area just has too many flats coming up. Cheers.

You won't have one now, but surely you will have a new service parallel to sv 27 once Tampines extension is open. This new service should go beyond Sengkang to Jalan Kayu, YCK road, CTE, St. Michael's IMO. Will be a very good route and fast one.

Hi mr busanalyser, hope your route comes true. But I doubt LTA will introduce a service which makes use of (2 expressways) both TPE (from tampines to sengkang) and continue with some roads and go onto CTE again. Lately LTA only gives you short trunk routes at most. So I believe the distance is just too far for them to think of even such a route. Cheers and good luck.
Since LTA likes to have short routes now..here is what i propose:
BSEP 924 (full fleet A22 is enough):
Choa Chu Kang Int
Choa Chu Kang Way (new bus stop needed)
Choa Chu Kang North 7 (new bus stops needed)
Choa Chu Kang Drive ( opp Yew Tee MRT)
Choa Chu Kang North 6
Choa Chu Kang St 54 (new bus stop needed)
Choa Chu Kang North 5
Choa Chu Kang Drive
KJE
Woodlands Road
Senja Way
Senja Road
Senja Link
Bukit Panjang Ring Road
Bukit Panjang Road (blk 184)
>> can stop here, or also can loop back via Woodlands Road (Junction 10 stop)
BSEP 923:
Bukit Panjang Road (blk 184)
Choa Chu Kang Road
Choa Chu Kang Way
Cck ave 1 >> ave 6 >> ave 5 >> ave 4 (lot one)
Cck drive (non stop)
Cck ave 3 >> ave 1
Choa Chu Kang Way
Cck Road
Bukit Panjang Road (blk 604)

You are right... we can only hope... hoiping that seeing success of both sv 50 and sv 972.... the only 2 long haul routes launched by SMRT... that have been hugely successful... :LTA introduces some next year.

Service 952 to 955 seems good..
But as for Service 951, in my opinion, Premium 587 should be converted to a Trunk service merging your proposed Service 951 together.
Just my opinion~
