Yes :)
Just that my proposed route will ply Yishun ave 1, Yishun ave 11, Yishun ring road to Yishun interchange (rather than yishun ave 6 - considering it is still under development for most part of it).
With recent trends of red/white plates and staggered stops, more routes can be planned to include these. What are your views? My service 103 route extension can use staggered stops also
Proposed 2 new services at Woodlands(I know that Woodlands is already very packed)
968:Woodlands- Tampines
Berth 13[current 950/966 berth] from Woodlands Reg>Outside Civic Centre turn to expressway all to Jalan Kayu and TPE bus stop and then to Tampines.
Fleet:Enviro 500 Weekdays MAN A22 weekends follow SBST style
933:Woodlands-Bukit Panjang LRT Loop-Dhoby Ghaut MRT
904/902 berth U turn follow 187 route till nearing Junction 10 turn left stop infront of Bukit Panjang LRT Station turn right following 190 route all the way to Dhoby Ghaut MRT providing direct service for Woodlands commuters who travel to town and yet another service to relieve crowd from 972 and 190
Fleet:Full Enviro 500
Why 968 and 933 was chosen:
968 was used as 969 goes to Tampines passing by Yishun and 168 also passes by Tampines and also Tampines interchane extension having the '96' and '68' series service together.
933 cause if there is 972 passing by Dhouby Ghaut why not have 933 as well and they are also our local radio stations

I doubt that 138 loading is much higher than 927. I just happened to be at Singapore Zoo this evening, and 927 has quite good and steady loading, sometimes even more than 138. I saw one 927 packed to the door with 10 pax in queue, and I saw one 138 leaving zoo empty. Refer to "Loading level on buses" thread for my detailed records.
I thought that 138 is bunched up?
Anyway, I doubt that Mandai Lake can use bendy/DD, and seeing that in the earlier observation by array, 927 left with a full load (with a possibility of pax changing to 171 outside), and a number of people waiting along Woodlands Rd towards CCK, I guess they could try improve the frequency by adding a bus. (Seeing that CCK is closer to Zoo cmpared to AMK and 926 only operates on selected days)

Yes that 138 is bunched up, but even the buses in front did not have full loading (still less than 927). I admit that my observations may not reflect the true situation, though.
Regarding pax transferring to sv 171, I'm not sure about 927 side, but there are people taking sv 138, alighting at Mandai Rd and changing to 171 towards Yishun. But very few (less than 5%).
Reason why 138 is not packed cause there is a lot of buses for 138,138 mostly from AMK within AMK towns only,While from AMK there is only a few pax to zoo..927 cause the travelling time to Zoo is much faster..But pity only 4 buses..Could add another 1 more TQ bus during Weekends
926 can add another bus during operation days..Sometimes can fetch up to 30 pax towards zoo and another 20-35 pax towards WDL..Its best to run full day with 1 A/P 1 S1 and 2 A/P 1 TQ during Weekends
New feeder bus routes for Bukit Batok extension
(re-post) New feeder routes for Choa Chu Kang
983 can extend to old choa chu kang rd beside the cemetry.Beside connections via Keat Hong,Bt Gombak,Bt Batok can also use PIE exit Jln Bahar to SCDF camp and loops at Old CCK Rd..Who know if lucky last bus towards CCK also got few "Pax" during seventh month
I suddenly had this crazy idea... To combine the frequently suggested Punggol-Yishun route and the rumoured Punggol-Tampines route together.
Service 164: Tampines - Yishun
Tampines Int
Tampines Ctrl 3
Tampines Ave 7
Tampines Ave 9

- Direct connection from Punggol to Yishun without transfer (though it may take a slightly longer time than transferring at Punggol Rd)
- Possible use of DDs for Tampines-Punggol connection and Seletar Airport (currently both cannot use DDs)
- Provision for future developments at Yishun Ave 8

- Although there are route duplications at Bukit Batok Central and Bukit Batok West Avenue 3, I recommend that we should just let them duplicate. At most make some of them skip bus stops, while ply a duplicated section.
That place should've been developed 10+ years ago, considering how old Bt Batok town is ... can't understand why this piece of land so near from the MRT stations had just been lying there undeveloped
902 should start full day and extend to the Ind park there..Better if ply near the driving ctr.

as u would know our govt always releases land in batches. It also keeps some spare land in every town for future development, amenities - which according to me is not a bad idea.
It needs to now find a good way to replace some of the very old HDBs closer to town with newer ones and give rehabilitation to existing residents. Some of them like in Tiong Bahru, Commonwealth occupy lot of space, have poor layouts and have very few units.

I had already proposed this maybe a year back. My understanding is in SMRT territory industrial areas are not important to be catered by PTO services. Woodlands industrial as well as Sungei Kadut is completely ignored. 925 might be covering only 20% of Sungei Kadut and while it is super popular, yet I have not seen them introducing another service. Same goes with 169/856 that are very popular with workers, but SMRT has not introduced a short-haul service going deep into the industrial estate.
Even Seneko is quite poorly connected by bus service.
JIS, Penjuru, Pandan industrial estates have better PTO services.
981 can convert to full day and extend to deeper Senoko areas..There is a need for new svc 973 from BPJ looping at Sungei Kadut

In future, Bukit Batok West could also have bus svcs to Bukit Gombak MRT and (later) Tengah new town. For a start, there may only be feeder routes to Bukit Batok MRT.

I think under SMRT route planning, these areas were not given much attention, although we don't know yet whether LTA has any plans to improve bus connections in Sungei Kadut and Woodlands industrial areas. So far, most of the BSEP routes focus on residential areas, except maybe svc 20 to Changi biz park and the nearby industrial area.

If you want a direct link to Dhoby Ghaut MRT from Woodlands (I also hoped for it as well), just swap the routes of 700/700A and 960 between Whitley Road and Bras Basah Road; now that both services are using DDs, there shouldn't be problems.

960 stay current rt... Many pax from Whitley/Newton travel to Bugis/Bugis Stn via 960... Workers along Wlands Rd travel to Little India... If this rt got amended and skipped these sectors, the workers will need to spend more fare changing buses...
