  From Yishun ply inner routes via Aerospace park then Jln Kayu,TPE bus stop to airport la,Im sure there is catchment...Can relieve 858 loadings at Yishun maa.No need 858B or C,waste resource only

  ** Only difference is bus turns left from TPE onto Punggol Road, Punggol Field, Punggol Interchange. 

  X variant indicates follows parent route 80% of the time with slight modification to  at the beginning OR end of the route.

  This service can use high capacity buses.

  Mr Smb145B, perhaps your 865 can serve the Sengkang West people. So your route would be, Jln Kayu, Sengkang West Way, go straight all the way then left on to Sengkang East Rd and then turn left into Tampines Expressway.

  Hi mr busanalyser, good idea. But make it turn left from TPE onto Punggol road, Punggol field, east, central (loop) and Punggol road back to woodlands. No need terminate at Punggol bus interchange. Cheers

  Hi mr sbs6750E, good idea. However LTA will not favour such types of routes to keep turning inside Punggol. This will not be good for residents. To them, they will rather have 2 separate services. Cheers.

  Hi mr sbs6750E, typo error? You mean smrt 965, not 865? I think the catchment of smrt 965 is more for those living nearby Punggol road and near sengkang Mrt side. Better to introduce new service for sengkang west people (especially sengkang west way). They deserve 2 new services at least to make up for the shortage of doorstep bus services for them. Cheers.   Hi mr sbs6750E, it depends on how you see. For most sengkang east people, the moment you say bus service from sengkang to airport, they will tell you SBS 27. So now sengkang west people also has one of smrt 865 were to turn in as per your slight amendment to sbs145B proposed route. 

  Thaf is why I say service 27 type bus route. Everybody knows sengkang has a direct sbs 27 to airport but this sengkang refers to sengkang east side, not west. Cheers. Thanks.
