It will be too congested and direct connection from the CBD area to different parts of Singapore would be lost.
I would suggest this:
Buses heading towards Nicoll Highway/Beach Rd: Remain to use Esplanade Drive to Nicoll Highway/turn left to Stamford Rd before hitting Beach Road
Buses heading towards City Hall/Dhoby Ghaut/Orchard Rd: Use Fullerton Rd/Connaught Dr then turn right to Stamford Rd
Reason being Esplanade Dr on certain timing has tourist buses parked at one lane and there are huge loads of traffic.
IMO, if buses were to be amended to Connaught Dr, it would be faster and less time consuming with more bus option for passengers to get to the nearest MRT station after shows at VIctoria Concert Hall/Theatre.

Yes, my proposed 850 here is to supplement the current 850E. So that there isn't passengers which cannot board the bus during the morning peak hours and also provide connectivity for passengers other than the MRTs.
Maybe I twitch the route a bit...

For Woodlands, 1 intra-town could be removed in place of a new short trunk as it has the most (i.e. 3) integrated feeder services (i.e. TownLinks/Intra-Towns) by far compared to Pasir Ris (2 TownLinks), Tampines (2 TownLinks), Bedok (1 TownLink), Ang Mo Kio (2 TownLinks), Choa Chu Kang (1 Intratown) & Yishun (2 Intratowns).
In this case, sv911 may be the intra-town easiest to be integrated into a short haul trunk, while sv912 & sv913 have more complex routes that are more difficult to be replaced.
With Sembawang still having sufficient space for new routes, it would be the most ideal to introduce a new route from there linking to Woodlands Ctr Rd and replacing sv911.

** The integrated sv861 will provide an additional alternative between Yishun and Yishun Industrial Park A apart from sv811 and direct connections from Woodlands Reg Int/MRT & Admiralty MRT stations to the industrial park, while retaining the original links of sv803/sv904.
For Woodlands, 1 intra-town could be removed in place of a new short trunk as it has the most (i.e. 3) integrated feeder services (i.e. TownLinks/Intra-Towns) by far compared to Pasir Ris (2 TownLinks), Tampines (2 TownLinks), Bedok (1 TownLink), Ang Mo Kio (2 TownLinks), Choa Chu Kang (1 Intratown) & Yishun (2 Intratowns).
In this case, sv911 may be the intra-town easiest to be integrated into a short haul trunk, while sv912 & sv913 have more complex routes that are more difficult to be replaced.
With Sembawang still having sufficient space for new routes, it would be the most ideal to introduce a new route from there linking to Woodlands Ctr Rd and replacing sv911.

Hi mr SBS7557R, so what happens to the deep end of Clementi ave 4? Are you removing that sector or you are introducing a double plated (white and green plate) Sbs 282? One direction is to go towards Clementi ave 5 and the other is to go towards Clementi interchange? Because judging by your route, those living near Blk 308 bus stop may have to travel the full route (one round) just to reach Clementi interchange? A feeder service should not be like that if you combine 2 together. Not just combine for the sake of saving 1 service and end up inconveniencing a whole lot of residents. Feeder service must directly bring residents to mrt! Cheers.
