By Havelock do you mean Havelock Rd/ Jln Bt Ho Swee? This is interesting as these areas are well-served by bus svcs along nearby main roads (Ganges Ave/Lower Delta Rd for Havelock, Tiong Bahru Rd/Jln Bt Merah for Kim Tian, Alexandra Rd for Kay Siang), but have weak or no direct bus connectivity (no bus svc along the one-way stretch of Havelock Rd/Jln Bt Ho Swee, Kim Tian Rd and only svc 32 along Margaret Dr with no bus svc along Kay Siang Rd/Dawson Rd).
This should benefit the elderly who stay in Havelock and Kim Tian areas and have to walk some distance to the nearest bus stop along main roads, while providing greater bus capacity/connectivity to Kay siang/Dawson areas where the new 40+ storey flats are coming up. This bus svc could ply Dawson Rd/Kay Siang Rd then follow 111/132 along Tanglin Rd towards Orchard.
On the other side closer to Lor 1 Geylang, this svc could provide one or more of the following connections:
- 2 way connection between Mcnair Rd/Towner Rd and Boon Keng MRT, where svc 21 currently plys one way
- bus svc into St George's Rd/St Wilfred Rd, where the old svc 20 looped (unlikely as this would require a red/white plate system)
- bus svc to Kallang Way industrial area, currently served by 125 (can ply areas unserved by 125, such as Genting Lane)
- 2 way connection between Sims Place/ Sims Drive and Aljunied and/or Kallang MRT (currently, 125 loops around Sims Drive/Ave and Aljunied Rd and only provides one way connection between Sims Drive and Aljunied MRT)
*The above are purely my personal speculation, and do not represent any insider info from LTA or SBST.

If that's the case why Lor 1 Ter? Could just have a svc from BVT to NBR, or better still just make it a loop svc from NBR like 120.

OMG ur havelock part is correct

If the havelock part is correct, that means the service will go back to NBR via Lower Delta Road and then parallel with 120 to interchange? or may go to Tiong Bahru road and via Outram to NBR?
Why Lor 1? If it is Lor 1, it should go via 175 route to Lavendar as there are many HDB hubs here and only one service connecting this area. No point for it to go direct to Lavendar.
Suggested route:
Lor 1 --> 175 route to Lavendar --> 961 route to Upper Cross Road --> Havelock road --> Lower Delta Road --> Tiong Bahru road --> Outram --> NBR.
Also with this 961 can start from NBR instead of Lor 1. Route is too long for 961 and if 121 covers it, 961 could be shortened for better frequency and improvement in arrival timing along Bukit Merah-Woodlands stretch.
Other point is svc 120 could have been extended to Lor 1 Terminal.
After Redhill --> Lower Delta Rd --> Havelock road --> 961 route to Lavendar --> 175 route to Lor 1 Geylang...
120 would have lost link between NBR and Lower Delta which is fine because anyway there are hardly any takers on this part of the route.
Then it could have been a loop service from Lor 1.
bump
Noone has heard yet about the future routes though you can try again some time.

Ang Mo Kio Ave 6
Marymount Road
Sin Ming Ave
Upper Thomson Road
Sin Ming Road
Sin Ming Ave

I am not sure if you can turn into st 31 from AMK ave 6. But the bus can go through ave 1 and then turn onto st 32, 31. New bus stops here definitely beneficial. Bus should go to Sing Ming Dr as this part has only one service. Sing Ming Ave is connected to AMK by Sv 162.

If the service # is 267, I strongly doubt it will go to Sing Ming area. It will be a feeder service within AMK.
This could be the proposed 267
