* Overall at NEX boarding on sv 43M > sv 43 (I think the way sv 43M is timed is quite good or at least today in the 35 min slot)
* Counted three 43M buses each with loading of 57, 75 and 47 pax. Quite good I believe.
* Sv 43 loading estimate is not accurate, as this counts only pax who boarded bus and not pax already on-board. For instance, all three buses 18.58, 19.20, 19.22 seemed to have healthy number of pax already on bus coming from Paya Lebar (quite a lot of pax alighted at Serangoon also)
* On another note, sv 70 came on three occassions right behind 43/43M, all 3 DDs and each one of them had quite good boarding of its own (could not count as I was concentrating on sv 43). Believe most of these pax would be for Seletar and beyond Buangkok Green/YCK road junction.
96 clearly should have more high cap buses running including a few running full day. Upgrading Citaros to higher capacity KUBs alone cannot help a lot.
Svc 88 yst had 3 KUBs cameo.

From Pasir Ris, reach Punggol Park already full to the door. Still got a metric fuckload of students from punggol primary want to board. All cannot enter. Stupidest deployment on earth.
Svc 88 already got full DD fleet sometimes even DD full to the door still stupid-stupid go deploy KUB. Not even one, THREE KUBs. Deployed during peak somemore. *facepalm*
You should understand a few things
1:The perm DDs goes for maintenance which might need a few hours to complete and suay2 Brbp doesnt have enough spare DDs that day
2:Perm BCs on MC/Leave thus the standby BCs with DD license also already deployed to other svc,So no choice have to deploy standby BCs without DD license..At least better rather than leave the 3 slots empty.

Its very rare to see KUBs on sv 88 these days. Must have been some emergency issue. Ofcourse, I hope this is a one-off situation bcoz having SDs on sv 88 is catastrophic.
Sure one off la,like 254 case once a month can see DM3500 cameo..not like SMRT where heavy loading svc like 169,187,854 lose many bendy and replace with A22s

SMRT is hopeless case on many services even today.. recently took sv 189 (you can see loading on previous page)... such high loading but still MAN was deployed... when it should have clearly been a bendy slot... so many people were stranded... so many people pushing to enter bus.

On Monday afternoon I was observing sv 201 at different locations. I have to say that sv 201 fails to take in pax at Teban Gardens as people there still prefer to take buses to Jurong East. There were instances where at least 7 pax at each of the 2 bus stops along Teban Gdns Rd choose not to take sv 201 when it came. There were people alighting at Teban Gdns Rd, but few. As for Pandan Gardens side, the situation was better as people are taking sv 201, but generally they just take whatever came first. Overall loading from Clementi to Penjuru/Teban/Pandan is still very low, like less than 10 pax. (Note that these are not during peak hours, but loading during peak hours is also low)

How's the loading at Penjuru Rd? Are there pax boarding/alighting there, or they prefer to use the Teban Gdns stop with more bus svcs? I think pax are used to taking bus to Jurong East for shopping/ transferring to MRT etc, though 201 is a good alternative as Clementi stn is more direct if pax are heading towards central area via MRT.

EDIT: Usually 2-5 pax alighting but very few boarding (during off-peak hours, but at this time Teban Gdns Rd has 7-8 pax waiting at each bus stop).

sv 990 loads continue to be quite low, sv 201 is doing better, sv 41 is doing quite well (as observed from my car... haven't personally taken it yet).
i went to jurong to see svc 990 load. very bad. i took bus from jurong to bukit batok at 6pm after studies.
jurong east to imm - 05 people on bus
imm to toh guan road - no one got down, 10 people on bus
bukit batok ave 1 - 12 people on bus
bukit batok east ave 6 - 05 people on bus
before bukit batok mrt - 12 people on bus
highest loading on bus was 12 people.
i think route fail as of now. people not like much. at bukit batok east ave 6, lot of peop waiting for svc 189. why they no go and take 990 ?

wow... didnt expect it to be that low.. i had seen empty buses... but this is really bad loading during peak hours... possible that there was another 990 bus ahead? if you are okay and possible for you, do try and observe more...
All, I have noticed a steady stream of people waiting at sengkang east rd Blk 323B bus stop at around 8.50pm to 9.50pm daily for sbs 85 to head to khatib/yishun. From my observations, I suspect this could be the stall holders or others from the hawker centre at kopitiam square going home. Quite a decent crowd for sbs 85 which has always seen below average ridership. Cheers.

The number on each road is highest number of peop counted on that road. Highest loading 18 peop 6 more than yesterday. only 6 peop got down at bukit batok int.
is it okay to have such low peop on bus ?
i also witness that 990 leaving bukit batok int leave only with 11 peop on bus
