You are lucky... normally there are no seats available if you take the bus in peak hour in peak direction... even after all DD fleet.
SBS8509Z on Service 157 has full loaded passengers with no seats available at Bukit Batok East Avenue 3

What makes them so sure those 18 plus metre A24s can pass with flying colours when previously they failed with the O405Gs test?
Speaking of 8017 & 8018 i might think its belong to Wldep.
They tested bendy got to do with loading issue right friend? So still within topic..

It's the wheelbase distances that are different from O405G. The shorter front section of A24 might have enabled easier and better turning radius on tight turns...
Between, it's confirm SMB8018H doing the test just now. As heard, it passed the tight turns in all 3 terminals...
hope they can be on bus 858 soon...
371 AM/PM loading quite high. Almost every bus in PM peak left Sengkang interchange with 60-65 pax with few left overs.
I think fleet add for 371 is round the corner.

Wow SMRT is indeed first in everything,First to use Euro V buses,If bendy is deploy for 858 then SMRT will be the first PTO to use high capacity bus for airport svc
Any more bendy spottings in CGA?
903P can be quite packed in the morning. 3 buses isn't sufficient as 903 always get stucked near CIQ..
There's standing in the bus also...

Hi mr sbs6750E, sometimes 20-25, sometimes 60+. No problem. Not every trip with 60+ on weekends and PH. If cannot get in on 1st bus, wait a while for 2nd bus. Lower capacity bus can do it at this moment because they have already given 1 more bus to sbs 84 and frequency has already more than improved from 20 min to just 10 min. More than enough to handle the load. Cheers. Thanks

It is only weekends/PH bro.. that too for select timings and select trips.. With population in Punggol increasing, ofcourse loading on 84 will also increase... but is manageable with current fleet.. max to max can have 1 extra bus on Sun/PH.
SBS3149L on Service 334 almost fully seated in the upper deck

Only happen during these long holidays especially for those fishing kakis..84 nowadays freq is way better than last time...Today i saw first bus packed to the brim but second bus is only full seated..Still can cope..Other weekends buses are almost empty
Loading on sv 163M from Fernvale @ 07.50am on Thursday
Fernvale Lane -- 03, 13 (0/10)
Sengkang West Ave -- 19 (0/6), 28 (0/9), 31 (0/3)
Sengkang East Ave -- 36 (0/5), 38 (-2/4), 40 (-2/4), 40 (-4/4), 39 (-3/2), 35 (-5/1)
Punggol Road -- 28 (-12/5), 27 (-7/6), 30 (-7/10)
Sengkang East Way -- 25 (-5/0)
* The M variant still helps... note that it is now more connector for Punggol road to Sengkang East/West Ave
* Pax alighting along Punggol road = 28/35... this means only 7 pax went to Sengkang MRT from Sengkang East/West Ave (but take note that 5 alighted at stop before Sengkang MRT as well)
* Punggol Road to Sengkang MRT = 21 pax
* Clearly shows that sv 50 has taken away the MRT goers from Sengkang West... and ofcourse there is LRT.
