** like 852 this is another service that does not have an identity of its own but just is an alternative service
** clear observation that there was no Sv 8 ahead from Safra. In fact there was a Sv 8 dd at Safra signal so it just followed the Sv 18
** Sv 8 can get more DDs for its Sd slots and in reality Sv 18 does not need to be there, rather have Sv 18 or 68 follow Sv 67 route and loop @Rochor Canal and get Sv 67 to do CCK to Lor 1. Will be more optimal.
113 incl. All future audits will be in here as well.

18 I cannot see the bus fully seated also..
855 peak hours need another 2 more buses,Their A/P shift also need another bsep.
963 need more high cap buses not additional A22 bsep
To be frank 112 & 113 doesn't justified for DDs yet..School holidays more worse for 113..112 can revised its timings while 113 just add one bsep bus should be enough
In my humble opinion 981 should convert into a peak hours loop svc, workers from Senoko also can utilise the svc to Sbw.

Is it because loading is only uni-directional? Why will workers travel from Seneko to SBW in am for instance?

Feel that 981 should operate full day but with 30min freq during off-peak. Might be an alternative during lunch time for workers or commuters to travel to SBW/Senoko. Can also become a loop service, add 1 more bus instead of terminating at senoko during AM and bus goes off service back to SBW.

Bro, 113 loading dropped in the last 2 months... see everyone's analysis and posts here (except yours). I think lta/sbst successful in making people go to Serangoon to take 45/53.

Bro, I dont think that's very productive. Its like increasing the size of your head when you have a small body. It is unbalanced. I feel that they should at least deploy 1 split BSEP bus to 113 or increase 113A frequency to balance both sides. AM peak 113 is to cater to HG Ave 1 Residents while 45/53 caters to Lorong Ah Soo Residents. Forcing Ave 1 residents to take 53 is like depriving lorong ah soo residents a chance to board 53 as you already said, SBST is successful in making people to take 45/53 to Serangoon. Trust me. SBST will keep on pumping in DDs (which 1 DD cost more to operate than to operate 1 SD, obviously) on 45 when people feel that it is more than enough. Why? Because SBST is biting themselves. If you ask an Ave 1 Resident, they will tell you they prefer to take 113. I asked a resident while he was waiting for 53 at the bus stop and he said he prefers to take 113 to kovan, as it is much faster but the frequency sucks. He takes 113 back home from kovan station now because SBST is only improving on 45/53!

Your story does not sell. What is the rationale for SBST to do so? Why would they add DD on 45 than give SD to 113? When they can give DDs to 101, 125, then why not 113? When they go on adding buses to 103, 34, 52, 45, 58, 78, 79, 196 etc. through bsep (not one but many) then why not give even one BSEP to 113? Why? so many questions for you to answer?
The simple answer is: loading does not really justify it and existing fleet is managing the loading well.
sv 13 @ 07.15 VO3x from YCK Terminal
YCK Terminal -- 09
AMK Ave 6 -- 14, 24, 34, 38 (-3/7), 43, 50 (-3/10)
Bishan St 22 -- 58 (-7/15), 83 (-11/36), 87 (-2/6) - peak loading

Kallang Ave -- 55, 51 (-11/7 - KAL MRT)
Sims Ave - 54, 58, 57, 49, 51, 50, 46, 48, 47 (-10/9 - EUN MRT) - alighted here!!
** Many long distance travellers especially from Bishan St 22 who many alighted at BRBP and then at PTP and Bendemeer rd.
** Due to a huge cluster of HDBs along Bishan St 22, it was surprising that even though there was a 52 DD and 410 SD in front that goes to Bishan MRT, yet sv 13 got its major loading here. This means is the DD justifies well for residents taking the service beyond Bishan and definitely 13A must be helping out here to clear load faster.
** Just observation (without accuracy): Buses in opposite direction were rather empty or didn't see too much loading. Also, didn't see any DDs in the opposite direction. But I think there are 2 DDs deployed from UEC side during AM peak as well.

As sv92 operates on a system like sv36, the bus alr has pax when I took it from Ghim Moh Ter. Realizing most pax alighted @ BNV Stn, I rode till BNV Stn in the end. Some stats are lost unfortunately.

** Surprisingly, the peak loading of 48 pax was only achieved at Ghim Moh Rd, when many ppl are heading twds Mt Sinai Est rather than Science Pk I. I guess the front 92A took the Science Pk I loads, or is it the CCL that changed the travelling patterns of Sci Pk I workers?
** Mt Sinai Est is mainly a private est where the residents are expected to use private tpt, but the peak loading being within this stretch shows that there is some level of demand. Prob sv92 shld extend ops to Sun & PHs for the Mt Sinai Est ppl.

Definitely something to reflect upon. More and more private estate residents are taking buses. I am surprised to rather see the low loading from Science Park. And 25 pax boarding at one stop near One-North?

Which direction? May be not crowded towards Science Park 2, but from Science Park 2 to Jurong heavy crowds. 100+ pax till Clementi, 60-70 pax for dorms along Toh Guan and then 100+ again to Jurong east. That's why the number of DDs went up from 7 to 12. A significant increase right?
