Hi mr SBS3975T, the first 2 are sbs 382G/W introduced next month Jan 2016 (Punggol to sumang walk) and sbs 118 (Punggol to CBP). The 3rd one is between sbs 117 (Punggol to sembawang) or sbs 47 (CBP to marine parade). The 3rd one some sources say 117 some say 47. Cheers. Thanks.

47 is not part of Loyang Package
there is already 25 bus service to be handed to Go Ahead Group, but there is another feeder service in Pasir Ris which is rumoured to be service 357. This could be a last minute add in.

Hi mr SMB145B, initially I also thought 47 is not part of Loyang package. But some sources say the last spot (25th service) is a straight fight between 47 and 117. Cheers. Thanks.

Hi mr SMB145B, currently there are 22 + 2 new services (382G/W and 118). The last spot is not confirmed to be 117 yet. The only reason I could think of is because 117 goes all the way up to sembawang. If you have any information, please update me. Cheers. Thanks.
This will open more competition in that industry which may be a good thing for consumers?

117 originates from Punggol.

Hi mr SMB145B, yes i know. But note sbs 3 originates from tampines but still ended up included in Loyang package. Cheers. Thanks.
So 17A which is a shortworking trip of 17 will still be under SBS while 17 will be handed over to GAG? Seems kinda weird that it isn't included in the Loyang package when the parent route is part of it.

Potential for 17A to be renumbered or even extended?

17A could become new CBP-Bedok service in future via Bedok North Ave 4.
CBP has more extensive plans to be developed on the east side.

Svc 3 is under Loyang as it originates from Punggol as well

Hi mr ButIAmAToilet, how could I not know? I take this bus every weekday. It is one of the most important bus services in Punggol central.
What I meant was that Svc 3 starts from tampines to Punggol. Its current depot is changi bus park and not Hougang depot which most Punggol services originate from. Cheers. Thanks.

on the same note I don't remember 96a and 96b being part of Bulim contract, even though the main route is.

Hi mr sbs6750E, sbs 29 cannot be put under Loyang depot package because iit belongs to tampines interchange which is not part of the 4 interchanges/terminals for Loyang package. Take note sbs 29 does not terminate at changi village terminal as it loops there only. Cheers. Thanks.

109 was perfect, but i think AMDEP need to free up some room. Even so, they could have given up 21.

You can always make 29 start from Changi Villege and loop at Tampines if you want...

Hi mr array88, it is not as simple as what you think. By reversing it, the controls will have been somewhat different as it is a looping service. Note that the crowds will have been slightly different as tampines is more of a residential area. The logistic control will also have been different. Cheers. Thanks.
Hope that LTA allow some Go Ahead buses park at Bulim and Tower Transit buses park at Loyang. Also hoping that either one of them wins the Sungei Seletar package too.

Yes in mid or 3rd quarter of 2017 while Ulu Pandan by mid 2018.I got a feeling SMRT will win this Ulu Pandan if they lose Seletar(Yishun) package.

it should be. After all, 3 packages were up for tender in the initial phase, as the original LTA press release stated.
