Hi mr carbikebus, the latest LTA release also reinforces the previous statement that only 3 packages to be tendered. So don't think they will have another 4th package. The rest will be reserved for sbs and smrt. Cheers. Thanks.

my feeling is Seletar will be responsible for AMK and YIS. I hope 169 can be included in it, along with 13, 70, 76, 138, 162 & 825. 856 can remain with WDL.
also, aren't the remaining packages after this one staying with their incumbents until 2022 at the earliest?
by the way, are there any plans for a possible depot near Bidadari if BRBP were to close?

Hmmm, my prediction of the Sungei Seletar Package woulde be these services:
Ang Mo Kio Interchange:
Svc 130,138, 261, 262, 269
Yio Chu Kang Terminal:
Svc 13, 70, 76, 162, 529 & 825
Yishun Interchange:
Svc 800, 803, 804, 806, 811, 812, 851, 853, 854, 857, 860
I also won't be surprise if there would be one or two buses from Bishan Interchange to be part of this package...
Bishan Interchange:
Svc: 53, 54, 55, 56
Dont think Bishan would be included into the Seletar package..Yishun and YCK is more probably.
All, surprisingly the public transport website includes Sbs 47 as part of the 25 buses for the Loyang package instead of Sbs 117. Sbs 47 is not part of the 4 interchanges/terminals (Namely pasir ris, Punggol, changi village and changi airport) but Sbs 117 is. Is there a last minute change? Can anyone verify? Cheers. Thanks.

Always take fan based material with a pinch of salt.
have already asked around and found out 47 is not included as it is under Tampines Route Group.

Hi mr SBS2652G, thanks for your info. Hope the authorities will make announcement soon. Cheers. Thanks.

86, 159 & 163 also possible to be deployed from Seletar.

I knew it.

Almost every AMK svc is also possible but i dont think SBST AMDEP will be replaced now

852 will definitely have to fall under this package since it is rejected from the Bulim Package, which consists of Bt Batok Int.

61 also not included into that package.
I predict Sungei Seletar will consists of:171,800,803,804,806,811,812
851,852,853,854,855,857 & 860 for Yishun while 70,72,76 & 162 for YCK.
73,86,166 & 169 for AMK while another new svc from Yishun is also included.
14, 51, 61 & 67 may get joint control once GCM goes into full swing.

Yishun route? 39?
As for 166, it is under BBDEP majority. It may get farmed out with the bulk of CLE route group when the time comes.
with so many service out for new tender what is left for the two operators? maybe the new winners could be one of the the one old. no point giving all to the outsider to operate the services.

True also... I want to see SBST winning th Sungei Seletar Package... I think the factor that they are looking at is the credibility and how the companies manage to calculate its package to that amount...
So there only left two package (IIRC, one is Ulu Pandan Bus Package & the other one is the Sungei Seletar Pacakge)
Some possibility only.. My Opinion...
Ulu Pandan Bus Package:
Clementi Interchange: Svc 99, Svc 156, Svc 166
Buona Vista Terminal: Svc 91, Svc 191, Svc 200
Ghim Moh Terminal: Svc 92, Svc 100, Svc 111
Marina Centre Terminal: Svc 195
New Bridge Road Terminal: Svc 120, Svc 121, Svc 122
Bukit Merah Interchange: Svc 16, Svc 176, Svc 272, Svc 273
HarbourFront Interchange: Svc 93, Svc 408
Sungei Seletar Bus Package:
Ang Mo Kio Interchange: Svc 73, Svc 86, Svc 130, Svc 138, Svc 169, Svc 261, Svc 262, Svc 269
Ang Mo Kio Depot: Svc 128, Svc 265, Svc 268
Yio Chu Kang Terminal: Svc 70/Svc 70M, Svc 162
Yishun Interchange: Svc 800, Svc 803, Svc 806, Svc 811, Svc 852
Sembawang Interchange: Svc 167, Svc 859, Svc 882, Svc 980
I have a strong feeling SBST will win the 3rd one as first 2 are given to foreign operators, they should now consider local one, who have higher experience.

LTA anyhow whack la,Im not suprised also..Look at 136 who would expect inside Loyang Package?
Sungei Seletar Bus Package
Yishun: 171, 800, 803, 804, 806, 811, 812, 851, 852, 853, 854, 855, 857, 859, 860
Yio Chu Kang: 70/70M, 72, 76, 162
Ang Mo Kio Depot: 128, 265, 268
That should be enough. Need to count how many more bus services for Simpang New Town as well and new BSEP services.
Ulu Pandan Bus Package
Clementi: 96, 99, 156, 166, 282, 284 & 285
Buona Vista: 91, 191 & 200
Ghim Moh: 92, 100 & 111
New Bridge Road: 120, 121 & 122
Bukit Merah: 16, 176, 272 & 273
HarbourFront: 93 & 408

then don't bother any more GCM tenders. Let the incumbents stay.
Loyang package should also have MANs and ADLs. Otherwise, some Go-Ahead BCs will be bored driving Citaros every day.

I wish there are some bendies to put on 34... Lol
I think if Sg Selatar package is to include majority Yishun services, it might be awarded to SMRT because they are the only Bendy operator in Singapore. Besides, if SMRT loses yishun, its share in the bus industry will become alot smaller so I dont think LTA will do it.
Thats why I believe that Sg Seletar Package may contain AMK, YCK and Sengkang instead of Yishun. Some of the Yishun Services that are SD or SD/DD only may be included but the feeders will be probably left out due to the Bendy buses. Unless Bendys are included in that package.
