Green Goblin..and Singapore is a Fine city too
By 2017 can wave goodbye to all non-WAB fleets..
Will the current BSEP Wrights with Voith gearbox have their gearboxes replaced with ZF?
*edit*

Sadly there's only 2 choices and the colours looks a little dull... Rather they hold a design competition.
2 unidentified wright spotted with red & green livery at joo koon interchange, according to Straits Times news article
while at LTAsg Instagram video, SBS6503C on red livery while SBS6502E on green livery. location believed to be at BNDEP
Seriously both the colours are too dull,I prefer if they just follow LTA colours of white, dark blue and a bit of grey.
I think by 2024 this will be the detail package..

My two cents worth,I am sure LTA will add one more package to make it 13
I hope Kumho can take Seletar. Maybe they can bring in some practices from Seoul that may actually be beneficial considering TT and GAG are planning to implement some measures commonplace to Perth and London that Singaporeans may find inconvenient.
For sungei seletar package my feeling is
Yishun:171,800,803,804,805,806,811,812,851,852,853,854,855,857 & 860
Yio Chu Kang:70,72 & 76
Ang Mo Kio:73,86,130,135,138,261,262 & 269.

I hope Go-Ahead will receive both A22 and Enviro 500, that's would be interesting for the E50D and A22 running 2, 12, 17 etc.
sometime i like to travel in public transpot

Unfortunately there is only 201 units of E500 and majority with SMRT.LTA order too many B9TLs.
Originally posted by jurongresident:actually, Sentosa is a good location to build bus depot, for bus services in the southern part of Singapore. There is abundant land in Sentosa. We can acquire part of Serapong Golf Course (and replace it with new empty land east of it) to build bus depot. The buses can enter/exit via Sentosa Gateway.
Pulau Semakau better.

I think the LTA helps to speed up the process for B9TLs. The E500s take a lagi slow time.

Dont know if LTA still interested in buying the E500 or not.

LTA might have considered A95 over E500.

Well for the concept buses,Only ADL and MAN is on e list

If anyone had noticed, there was 2 bids from MAN, LTA chose the more expensive one, which I believe is a DD (custom A95?). Since they need a SD and DD concept, the ADL might very much be a SD (custom E300?) as ADL only provided a single bid that is cheaper than the more expensive selected bid from MAN. Perhaps LTA is seeing how these potential models stack up compared to the majority here.

For AMK, I'd rather 169 were also included, with 130 & 135 taken off. Makes sense also to include 159 & 163 since they ply SKG West along with 86. Leave the AMK feeders alone and throw in 39. If can farm out to Asian operator lagi best.

I got a feeling BRBP wilk be closed for bus park and a new bigger depot replace Amdep and BRBP too..So assuming the new Bishan depot will take over Toa Payoh/Bishan/St Mikes and a few of AMK Svc.

ADL did not offer any SD option for the tender.
STK offered a combined SD and DD bid (Option 3), but this separate bid was not shortlisted.
