According to the news release, Tower Transit does not have bus routes that terminate at Boon Lay Bus Interchange. There's a possibility that bus 79 will only use the end-on berths as a bus stop....
With the practice of buses at the end-on section using any berth to disembark passengers, and then drive to the correct berth to park, it's interesting to see how things would turn out.
I guess bus route 79 will be amended to use the sawtooth section.
79 loops at BNL eversince the old interchange time..

Sembawang - 117, 167, 859/A/B, 882, 980, 981
Yio Chu Kang: 70/M, 72, 76, 162/M
TOTAL: 25 services
I dont think all SBW service will go to SSDEP,Probably on 117,167 & 980.For Yishun where is 804?There might two new service or maybe some AMK svc will go too.
Originally posted by SBS3004X:WLDEP/WPDEP seems to take only MAN buses, even the A95s. However, they have no choice for the E500s due to the really small size of A95 fleet, but if given a choice, they would probably take all A95s for DD usage.
I think they would have to take Citaros soon.
Because they probably don't have proper AdBlue facility, I suspect. VW Group (MAN + Scania) produced diesels still use EGR. Even Cummins I think use SCR too.Not sure about Jap buses.

Route 13 farmed to Changi? Route 169 remains with WL? Seletar can also take in 159 & 163 because they ply SK West.
PS: Did LYDEP (GAG) take Route 47?

No.
TT should just take all the B2 BSEP and B3 BSEP Wrights with LECIP EDS. SBS3385X onwards for GAG.

MAN and Scania uses EGR for Euro 5. However, SCR is also used for their Euro 6 engines.

Those BSEP A22s and Enviros were always assumed to be going to Tower. This week saw a change in registered owner for the few buses mentioned in the wiki.
Tower Transit is now conducting intensive tests on its bus routes, at Bukit Batok and Clementi.
Those interested to know which bus models Tower Transit may use can visit Bukit Batok and/or Clementi to observe the buses used by Tower Transit during their tests.
I know this because I was on bus 106 yesterday and I saw many Tower Transit buses while on the bus.

Unless theyre using E500s,A22s and A95s for training let us just say its assume.Furthermore SMRTB do ONP at Bulim too.
So, I assume that about 20 of the SG-plated MAN A22s will be for GAG. Anyway, TT will get the SMB-plated ones...

May as well get TT to offer free rides while the bus captains are doing their training. Hope not to see as many single decks TT106 as SMRT.

Good lor they get rather than stuck with Wright B9TLs and Citaros.

Those 4 buses are now registered to Tower, which basically means that Tower has officially taken over those 4 buses. This is in effect since the start of the week. Tower is now doing training on those buses, which cannot be done when the buses are under SMRT control as SMRT has no legal obligation to lend buses for Tower's operational needs.

I understand that but sure LTA will reregistered them to SG plate mah..Where can suka suka TT use SMB plate buses right?

It is operationally challenging and expensive to change the registration plates of buses. They are LTA's assets and LTA has the say on it. It is also not a necessary action as getting buses running is more important than changing number plates.

Meaning they close one eye lor,I ask you again,Who is in charge of register and deregister of vehicles in Singapore? What cost are you talking about?

I wouldn't call it close one eye. SMRT doesn't own the SMB range, and SBS doesn't own the SBS range, they only get exclusive use of it, which can be and has been taken back since the start of the year. I don't think they will reregister the buses in the short term, as there are a lot more important things for LTA and Tower to do than that. The cost involved includes the cost of new plates, the cost of manpower to change the plates, and the cost of changing the vehicle details in the vehicle registry and other systems such as IDFC, and these will likely be bourned by the taxpayers if implemented.
