Service 43 4A/16P slot is very inconsistent. Today, it was on the subsequent slot's timing.
I can confirm that 93 has 10A and 9P shifts (as SBS2810S is 19P and starts on A shift from Eunos) on Weekdays. These is 1 F shift (20F, SBS6208E), while I know that SBS2771X is on a S shift...
So far, the slots I know:
1A/11P = SBS6193M (suspected)
2A/12P = SBS6051P
3A/13P = SBS2740K
4A/14P = SBS6141M
5A/15P = SBS6187G - A shift starts from Eunos Int
6A/16P = SBS6188D
7A/17P = SBS6189B
8A/18P = SBS6199Y (suspected)
9A/19P = SBS2810S - A shift starts from Eunos Int
20F = SBS6208E - anyone knows what is a F slot?
*10A bus is unknown... Either a Citaro or Volvo B10M.
*SBS2771X is split shift, starts split PM shift from HarbourFront Int at 2.50p.m. or so... It's between SBS6188D and SBS6189B if I'm not wrong.

Maybe there will eventually be an O shift (off peak shift) which are only run by single-decker rigid buses.
43:
First bus: SBS5156C (4A/16P)
Last bus: SBS9419T (?) I don;t believe how SBST uses a DD as last bus.

Normally for SBST the minority control will go first. e.g. 165 Bukit Batok first.
Service 43 Downroutes (Serangoon) SBS3003Z:

2nd downroute: 17:15, after SBS5156C
3rd downroute: 18:09 (TBC)
If I'm not wrong, the number of trips made by Service 10 buses:
A/P = 8 trips (4 AM, 4 PM)
E = 6 trips (2 AM, 4 PM)
S = 4 trips (2 AM, 2 PM)
T = 5 or 6 trips
Can anyone confirm the number of trips for the E, S and T shifts? I can only confirm the number of trips for A/P buses.
Anyone, some Weekend slots:
81/10 (35T, only Saturday) = SBS2633L (*suspect temporary replacement for SBS9667T...)
293/10 = SBS1989S (*temporary replacement for SBS3637U if I'm not wrong...)
*Temporary swaps with SDs due to NDP diversion.
Will check these slots after NDP diversions are over.

If I'm not wrong, the number of trips made by Service 43 buses:
1 trip: 90min, 10min layover
A/P = 8 trips (4 AM, 4 PM)
E = 6 trips (2 AM, 4 PM)
S = 4 trips (2 AM, 2 PM)
T = 7 trips
About same as service 10.

I think you have a few errors here... Reasons:
1. You need to check the layover time at both terminals. I know that you have only observed the layover time at Punggol Int, but please keep in mind that the layover time may be different at the other terminal (Upper East Coast in this case). Take 10 as an example. Service 10 buses layover at Kent Ridge Ter for around 10 mins - 30 mins (night time), while the layover time at Tampines Int is around 20 mins. Service 188 buses (SMRT) layover at HarbourFront Int for 10 mins at most, while these buses can layover as much as 20 mins at Choa Chu Kang Int.
2. T (or TQ for SMRT) shift(s) do not have so many trips. A T shift combines the number of trips from a A shift with one or a few trips from a P shift, thus the 'three-quarter' name for the shift. Hence, I know that a Service 43 T shift does not have 7 trips, but about 5 trips. If you notice the timesheet, you will see that most of the time, a T shift will start from T1 (Punggol in this case), but end at T2 (Upper East Coast in this case), unlike an A/P shift which starts and ends at T1 or T2 (depends on depot allocation).
UPDATE:
