Even without kicking the O405s, it can already be made WAB by filling up the missing bus slots.
The O405s kicked are those de-registering in 2014.
Note: This is from feedback from some users who wanted more DDs on 963.

Before adding DDs to many of the above services, SMRT has to fulfil DD quota for 190/963/969 from SMRT side followed with 106/188... and then in next phase 67/960 when tree pruning is done.

BSEP SMRT DDs... already so many SP... why register more now?? Should give SMRT for capacity upgrade on its services... once BSEP has used the 533x and 534x series... then should register some more... For now priority should be given to SMRT.

855/857 cannot until new temp interchange... otherwise would have got long time back..
I think will go to 67/960 (6 buses)... and maybe add 2 more DDs to 972... and it would be great if they can give to 985... 187 has only one BSEP... but will be totally worth it to get...
So also 962/964.
Yishun needs to move soon... then 854/860 can get too...

Well, Yishun Temp interchange seems to be almost ready...a few days ago there's VO n ADL inside testing..the day after they doing the traffic light timing etc., more or less ready by end Nov...
Today took 960, the stretch between KK & Opp. Newton Food Ctr, atleast 2 trees need to be chopped, can't trim becos they are huge and old trees...

Haha I think the chances of the BSEP(3544 onwards) DDs deploying on some svces I mentioned earlier is high..with svc990 coming

You think 990 will get DDs? I think should start with MANs... don't think service will need DDs yet...
Instead, I prefer 962/964 getting DDs to 990... as it will take a few months for load to pick up... and load might not be exactly DD worthy.
From the looks of the route for 990, i doubt so it will be given a DD when it starts its revenue service...

It should not... but given that they have so many SP DDs... you never know...
What they need to do is make some MANs spare to give to 990... and give the DDs to 965, 985 etc.

That's not a problem.. SMRT has been smart to shift duties to WLBP/WLDEP as required from AMDEP.

Since SMRT transferred 860 buses completely back to AMDEP, they may have to transfer some duties back to WLDEP or WLBP once again to get DDs as well.

dun think 860 will get DD.... what they can do is improve the frequency by adding more buses (they have excess of BSEP MAN currently as well)...

if due to this tree cannot cut then our govt is contridicting itself. many of us should have noticed in recent years many forests were chopped for developments. bus depots already Bulim & Loyang. Also Bt Batok forests, Pasir Ris etc etc.

Sorry, what I meant was the DDs(3544-...) will be thrown to those few trunks svcs I mentioned earlier on, and those MAN from the trunks svc will be thrown to 990.
