Bus was quite full;left the stop with pax. standing at the front door. Passengers didn't move to the rear also..

Seats were fully occupied, with about 7 standing.
Probably it's time to add in 1 DD..
Any expert know why the lower deck is cooler than the upper deck for these ADL?
Is it the design of the upper deck or the angle of the upper deck of the aircon duct not tilted correctly

850E I think add 1 trip will do(To PM). Infact, 850E were much emptier than 951E. There were still plenty of seats at DBG.

Suppose that is the daily sight, yeah quite surprising. I only observed the loading on that day.
Anyway, previously before ADL were even introduce(or even those new trips in AM), 951E will depart DBG with plenty of seats empty..so it's quite a good improvement (Y)

Agreed. Both 850E and 951E were departing with 20-25 pax from DBG 3 months back.
Now 850E has good 50-55 pax in PM on both buses. That's why I feel time to introduce two more PM slots. 951E last I saw had 30-35 pax while departing from DBG on both buses.
Express svc mostly full during Am peak cause ppl dont wanna squeeze inside MRT or take other basic svc,For PM mostly are not rushing to home

More of becoz MRT is less accessible to many of the commuters... Hence if they hv Express or Premium at doorstep it would be first choice for them.
And the medium-haul lines (eg. TSL) wouldnt actually do shit to resolve the problem... Which is why I hate them so much

the load on PM peak for 850E/951E vary every day.. some buses can have no standees at all. problem with PM peak express service, is that not every one leave office at same time everyday. so the load alway change....

I think more than that CBD ppl have different times they leave to get home. Admin will leave around 5-5.30pm, corporate/govt ppl will leave between 5.30-6.30pm, finance people usually leave after 7pm. Plus ppl meet for drinks/coffee after work hours. So express services are needed more at 20 minute interval between 17.30-19.30 to make them successful during PM.

The TSL route is so weird as of now. Most stations like Springleaf, Lentor, Caldecott, Mt. Peasant, Napier do not have much housing around it, except for few condos. also I know many ppl live at Lentor/Springleaf as it is much cheaper and they can afford car then. Napier is full of rich ppl (using MRT unlikely).
Unless in next few years they launch new BTO projects around these areas, the route is quite worthless today.
