I agree... 969 off-peak load also quite nice...
Because 969 connect Tampines to Yishun faster than any other svc..
Off peak loadings from WRI mostly alight at Yishun,From Yishun most travel to Tampines..
Now stop at TPE and loadings suddenly shoot up to 50% even during off peak.
I proposed Wldep side take 16 all DDs duties and Amdep 4 SDs and 4 bendies.

Today seems to be the next wave of Enviros on SMRT services after the first few... Heard 61 and 176 are using DDs now.
So happening now at BBI now, Sv61 got DD. Got BSEP Sv990 and the real time bus arrival big tv screen. All because BBI route need to be tendered out for competitions?
Before that (Prior to SMRT take over TIBS), nothing happen in BB. except two additional trips of 868 in the morning to Suntec City.

To be honest, Hillview Ave is still very dangerous for DDs... As you know Hillview Ave only has 2 lanes per direction, if left lane is obstructed by a breakdown vehicle or roadworks, changing to right lane can cause serious damage and injury... The trees are not even trimmed on the right lanes after seeing some big branches...
And for the Henderson Rd where 176 plies, I didn't see any trim marks on the big trees (From Bt. Merah > Bt. Panjang direction) and so far no hazards, so possibly that direction is DD passable... The other direction heading to Bt. Merah Int I'm still not sure yet...

Some observations :
Onboard SMB5020U 963 this afternoon(3plus), lower deck was somewhat fully seated + upper deck too. Imagine a SD were to replace it, it's likely to be 3/4 full.
Hope the newer buses isnt shoddy as their current buses with scotch tape,undermaintenance engines etc..

If you notice, all DDs to new services like 61/176/700/965 are from BSEP side. Hence, unlikely for 189/172/180 to get any as it does not have BSEP.
I think 187 can get coz it just got a new BSEP slot.
Soon 67/960 will get.
I am hoping 167, 985 also get its BSEP slot converted to DDs.
Surprise could be if 178 gets, but it really doesn't need though it has BSEP.
Yishun services will start getting once move to new interchange. For sure 854/855/857/860.

961 dont need DDs for now,from 25 to 26 then 28 after that 30 and now 32 buses inless than 4 years span the freq is quite acceptable..Most of the time you will see bus bunching.

Not possible for bendy on 860... as it is under BSEP... and LTA is not ordering any bendies.. Hence 860 will get DDs.. also 860 is a trunk as per LTA... and not feeder.
