For Enviro500s, regos are up until SMB3590D for BSEP and SMB5050H for non-BSEP...guess around this amount of DDs can be for Yishun.
In the past 2 months SMRT has done a good job of deploying DDs. Only 3 are spare now (leaving out demonstrators) whereas BSEP is still slow in deploying but get the majority of registrations. Should just stop registering for a bit and let SMRT take the DDs to deploy on services.
SMB5036A 966 - S01, might be another upgrade aft 5034E & 5035C, starting this today...

Then expect Yishun and Sembawang services to have DDs by end of this year or next year? MAN A95 batches will started to be delivered by end of this year or next year I think, so cannot be. If not, u r saying that SMRT is biased by not deploying DDs to Yishun and Sembawang. But now I am not thinking about DDs for Yishun now temporarily, due to tribute of Lee Kuan Yew.

Perhaps so or maybe that had wanted to deploy them on Monday but had to postpone it
Oh forgot to tell. I do see 1 Enviro entering Yishun Temp just now, but the eds says ON TEST. But it was for a while only.

There is NO order of A95s placed now. And ofcourse Yishun will get DDs soon - maybe 1 to 2 months max. Sembawang could have got DDs long time back but I think SMRT does not believe Sembawang needs high capacity services.
Not one service under Sembawang interchange has high capacity bus.
167, 859, 859A/B, 882, 980 - no bendy / no DD
When actually 167 could have got bendies long time back, and now def should have got DDs because the loading justifies it.

Then Sembawang must depend on passing-by services that may get DDs, like 962 and 856. 858 should have DDs but because of height restriction at Changi Airport Bus Terminal. 169 did not go through sembawang but just at the side of Sembawang, so doesn't feel that there is DD in Sembawang. So I hope they can deploy DDs on 962 and 856. At least for Yishun can depend on passing-by services like 169 965 and 969 that have DDs and still very lucky that there are DDs going through Yishun.
Last time when SMRT announced its fleet renewal program (332 A22s, 40 A24s, 201 ADLs), it mentioned that this is the fleet renewal plan till 2016. Which also makes sense because O405G MKII and Habit Batch one are not due to deregister till 2017. So I do not expect them to place orders for A95 that fast (if they ever do order any, because I feel they might still stick to ADLs if LTA doesnt want to diversify to too many models).
Anyway, SBST is also not deregistering their DM3500s, Volvo Olympian Batch III, Dennis Trident, VSOs prematurely so SMRT does not need to deregister the O405Gs prematurely unless there are serious problems with the model (which there isnt).

Well, SMRT trial the A95 for 1 year(if I'm not wrong).(From Oct/Nov 2014 to Oct/Nov 2015)
I believe LTA will consider MAN A95 too, otherwise 5888H will be the sole unit liao. Plus, A95, A24, A22 all shares the same bodywork n look. If 7888K is accepted, I see no reason why 5888H isn't.
Yeah second that,On e other side SBST should consider Scania K320UD since there is no restriction in bringing new low entry buses..Though its only Inline 5 cylinders but its got massive 1600nm of torque

859 and 980 used to have bendies. 859A/B functions like a feeder, could see A24s to do this service as perm or crossovers.
859 does need 3 A24s..
If 980 get DDs then you will see 985 will get it also..Thanks to the low lying sacred branches at Lor 1,Last time not so worse.
I agreed 167 doea need DD but during peak hours only.
962 can have capacity upgrade to have 2 Enviros and 2 A24s and throw 4 A22s to 912 or some other service
962 for now can just use the Habits first..Its the medium and long haul trunks that need DDs
